Without a doubt, this is the worst store in town. The salespeople who work on Saturdays and Sundays are extremely grumpy and unwilling to work. Long lines form and they don't care about anything. The place is a mess and the sales staff doesn't work on weekends. In short, I don't recommend it!

I stopped by here today because I’ve been having to boost my Jeep lately….I figured it was either the battery or starter…I wasn’t sure if I was under that 2 year warranty or not, I only buy my batteries from AutoZone (always have). Benjaman was professional from the second I walked in. He didn’t question anything I told him, he actually made the process extremely smooth. I had my 4 year old son with me who is disabled and Benjaman was really trying to get me in and out. In the short time frame of the maybe 10ish minutes I was there, 2 people were caught trying to steal…and Benjaman apologized for that (even though it was not his fault or had anything to do with him). Good customer service doesn’t exist anymore, most of the time people roll their eyes when they see me walking in with my child…I just hope management or whoever is over that Autozone really gives Benjaman recognition. We need more Benjamans in todays world! A++ service!!! @ Benjaman keep it up man and thank you for giving customers an outstandingly smooth experience! Will always go to this Autozone even though it’s further from the one by my house specifically bc of today. Thanks again!

I’m at this location right now, there are 8 employees behind the counter laughing/chatting it up while I’m standing here. One of them has the nerve to finally turn around and say “Sorry I can’t help you I’m on my lunch”.
Well sir…. Can you inform one of the guys who can??? Its not like I’m standing in line for no reason… Clearly I need to check out my items. I didn’t know I had to ask to buy my things. Could they care any less?? This location is literally terrible.

Went in for a coolant and oil change and Nico was more than happy to help me I offered a tip and he didn’t want it after offering several times. I’d definitely recommend

Kelly is a rock star. She answered the phone when I called from the parking lot after my roadside assistance jump started my car but did not offer battery replacement. I was afraid to turn it off and I had already missed one appointment and had another in 45 minutes. She was super friendly, came right out, went over the options with me and changed my battery. I was in my way in no time. Turned my whole Friday around. Thank you Kelly!!

Benjamin D. Was amazing. Super quick, speedy, and attentive care. I tried to tip him but he didn't even want to take it, such a sweet and genuine guy. He helped me install the cabin filter in my car in literally less than 2 minutes, he was so quick and easy with it. Such a life saver. Quickest service I've ever had done to my car. Benjamin was kind and friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. 10/10

The queue to make purchases was lengthy, highlighting the need for better customer service within the store. Rather than neglecting customers in-store and prioritizing phone calls, attention should be focused on addressing the needs of those present.

Very unprofessional and racist, no greeting like everyone else, followed me in the store, 2 cashiers when he seen me approach the counter he walked to the back. I will spend my money elsewhere, no problem.02/02/24 at 6:00pm.

My battery was dead and after a jump I went straight over here to auto zone. Benjamin took my battery out , compared prices for me and put my new battery in quickly. Very grateful and thank you !! I recommend getting your battery replaced here for great fast service!!

Probably the worst location I've been to the workers were so lazy went there to get my battery tested because My battery obviously keeps dying. Then they told me if I wanted to get a new battery I would have to come back and give them the old battery (Which doesn't even make sense if I need to come back and bring my battery, I can't come without a battery)so when I asked him if I could have some tools to take out my battery they gave me a tool that would not even work to remove my battery. I did what I could to loosen it and then removed the rest with my hands. Obviously it took forever. They were absolutely no help probably the laziest workers I've ever encountered at an I've never had this happen to any other AutoZone when my battery needed to be replaced.
