The experience here can be summarised by quoting the attendant "what do you expect, you're in Vegas".The first car we entered was dinged beyond belief it looked like it was in a hail storm, no washer fluid and tire pressure warning on the right rear tire.The second car was so dirty, it smelled of smoke and had zero washer fluid again.The third and final vehicle had half a tank of gas, and was a much smaller car than we had booked as this was all that was left.The lot where you pick up the car has no signage you just walk around waiting for someone to get out of a car in casual gear (no uniform) who can give you keys.As an Avis preferred member next time I'm in Vegas I will be going with another provider.Avis corporate needs to give this location a lot of support to bring up the standard.

Very easy check-out process at this location. The car was very clean, inside and out. The only issue we had was finding the return location. It would be nice if Avis printed a map showing how to weave through the hotel backstreets that lead to the Parking Building Return location. I would use this service again on my next visit to Las Vegas.

When we picked up the vehicle we just gave it a quick lookover assuming that it was a rental vehicle that we could trust. We then proceeded to drive from Las Vegas to Death Valley. Along that trip the check engine light came on so we then had to stop at a gas station and get engine oil and coolant because we didn't know what the issue was with the car. Once we were able to stop long enough to let the engine cool down we then checked the oil level and it was over a quart low on engine oil. At that point we thought we were OK to drive to our next destination. Along the drive we noticed an abnormally loud noise coming from the tires. We just assumed it was something that was normal for the vehicle. Once we arrived at our final destination we ended up in a spot where the tires were parked in a way that we could see that there was a huge deformity and the deep inside tread was nearly non existent. It was on both back tires in the same location. So, either Avis knew about it and didn't fix it but instead tried to hide it by putting the bad tires on the back wheels. Or, Avis does not properly inspect their vehicles. Damage like that does not happen after one trip, it takes a lot of miles and a lot of time to wear the rubber down on a tire like that. We were put into an unsafe vehicle during a trip where we spent a lot of time in very remote places. That left us with an unsafe feeling and for that reason we will never use Avis ever again nor will we recommend them to anyone we know.

The lady at the desk was friendly, though didn't have the car we reserved. The replacement car was okay, though full of scratches (not a big deal if you'd mark them first before driving out the parking). We dropped the car at a different location, and the 'handover' went smoothly and fast.One disappointment was that we opted for the 'Market' option (no need to fill up the tank - would charge the market price) due to time restraint. Eventually we had only used half the tank, and they charged us +/- 90 dollar for the full tank, which was almost the price of the car rental. It's our fault, but now we know..

I had a reservation for a 1pm pickup on 9/17. When I arrived, the rep was super nice but told me the car assigned to me was out of gas. They gave me another car to drive to a different Avis location to get the car I actually reserved.This was extremely inconvenient and caused significant delays to my schedule that day. My reserved rental should have been ready and waiting at the original pickup time and place.Having to drive across town to get the car I booked added stress and wasted time on my trip. This location clearly has issues with vehicle preparation and inventory management.I will not risk renting from Avis again if there's a chance my reserved car won't be ready when promised. Find another rental company in Vegas that respects customers' time. This experience was unacceptable.

Rented a mustang convertible over Labor Day weekend. The lady at the desk was very friendly. The only inconvenient part was having to walk around and mark all the damage then go all the way back in to the desk because no one was in the parking garage. Besides that I had no issues with the rental and would rent from there again.

Rented a 24 hour rental. Car had bad tires, and several dings. It took awhile to take pictures of the car for proof that the damage was done previously. When returning the car I let the attendant know that the car needed tires. I was told ok I'll take it out of service, did you happen to get the mileage? These cars should be inspected before renting them out.

Would never recommend renting from this site. We received a filthy dirty car both inside and out.. so long for hygiene and protocols. I find this kind of service unacceptable.

Decent service and fair prices - but slightly let down by the fairly limited opening hours. I was a bit disappointed that the car I rented did not include sat-nav app - I paid for full coverage, but selecting both this option and the navigaton bundle at the same time did not seem possible on the website.

Rented for the day. Worked out great. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Denise in the garage made sure all our windows were clean and that the car was acceptable. Very helpful. The garage did need a sign. Very convenient to the Palazzo. Made for a fun day without having to rent a car for the week.

We arrived at the Mirage and it was not clear where to return the car. After driving around for a while we asked a Security Guard who told us to park the car in the parking deck at level 7 (see the sign for self parking).Avis really should place some signposts outside the Mirage Hotel with some information about where to return their cars.The service at the counter was ok.

30 mins in line, incorrect statement of the fees, and when I show up at the garage the key for the car is missing? Never renting from this (or really any strip place) again
