My husband rented the car one way to get back to work out-of-state. He's used Avis for this twice before with no issue. I prepay online with my brand new credit card. I was charged the $250 deposit in-store, and my husband delivered the car 2 days later. I get an alert that my account is over the limit. I look and notice an almost $1000 charge, which we were told in 2 separate calls to them was a "transport fee"?! Not in the contract. Not told to us in-store. Just because. For that amount, he could have flown in business class instead of driving! The first call, they told my husband they were refunding all but $180. I called and also got that refunded. None of it should have happened at all. S/N: He expected a Toyota Corolla type car, and they told him all they had was Chrysler Pacificas.

I had a very bad experience with Avis breakdown the repairer who does not present a local mechanic finds the fault for me I cancel the repairer is Avis my invoice complaint filed with American express full reimbursement of the rental thank you American express Avis Vegas des people not too nice there are too many people 3 Stars for the quality of their clean cars are well maintained too bad for the misunderstanding

Avis why you don't want to change uber rental that has over 80k miles charging 400 week, it's not right and corporate needs to investigate plus what us the extra $60 fees for the late fees that is unheard off.. pay attention avis corporate

Had a very bad experience as an Uber driver. One of the girls there (Ary) is incredibly rude and entitled apparently she doesn't know her worth and believe me it's not much. You're better off going to Hertz they are much more professional and they always answer the phone unlike this place you will never get through even the maintenance was problematic.Edit:The other girl there was good along with the manager. Maybe you'll have better luck dealing with them.

Our car was super clean and ran perfectly. Ary Pacheco is very detail-oriented and explains things very well, setting our expectations high and ensuring a successful experience. She has a wide breadth of knowledge, not only about our specific rental but also of your Brand and the local Las Vegas area. She made recommendations and helped our decisions. She's a valuable asset, not only for her competence but because she's cordial and also professional.

As an Uber driver in need of a temporary rental I could not ask for BETTER and BEST customer service at this location !!! not only how professional were all staff here Rob the location manager and both Ary and Sydney , I can only HOPE having this experience at my new rental location state…this will be your BEST place if you are and Uber or even just for a personal rental…Thx much guys !!!Noah.P

This is one of the smoothest car rental shops in Vegas. It took about 60 seconds to rent the car and it took about 90 seconds to return it. I will recommend to all. Jody S (Las Vegas)

Terrible experience with picking up the vehicle in that the manager of the branch (Arie- female) refuse to document existing damage to the vehicle using the damage report. She claims that all existing damage are noted in the system but refused to provide me with a list of what those existing damages are that's been noted.Also, I believe Avis is engaging in deceptive and unfair business practice as it relates to its fuel. When I picked up the vehicle, the amount of gas in the vehicle was at 12.6 gallons (I have screenshot to prove). The vehicle was returned with 13.3 gallons, 0.7 gallons more than when I picked up the vehicle. However, I was still automatically billed for fuel by your system which I believe calculates between the default amount and amount returned. This is unfair and defective as it should account for difference between the amount at pick-up and not the default amount per your system.

Vehicle was clean with no issues. Picking up and returning was efficient and quick. I am very pleased with the entire trip. I will be using Avis again.
