I'm visiting in a month looking at rentals. I've had issues with other car rental companies in Vegas before so wanted to do some diligence this time and figured Avis might be more legit than whatever nonsense I chose before. Given the comments, I just tested calling this Avis number listed below its 11:40am local time. I got a voicemail stating their hours, no hold option or option to leave a message and it just said at the end thanks for calling and goodbye. This doesn't make me feel great about my prospects for getting an on-time rental at this location...

The counter experience was good. Unfortunately we got stuck with the absolute worst rental ever. The car was filthy both in and out. The car smelled of smoke and had marijuana leaf on the center console. The car was riddled with scratches and dents. It was this or a truck. Then I was charged more than quoted. I assumed being at the property I would get the same level of service as the resort. In retrospect it would have been smart to Uber to airport and rent from someplace. It would of been cheaper and not disappointing. To there credit they offered to replace it the next day after calling ten different times to get a hold of somebody. It was going to be more of a hassle to retrieve a different car due to all the logistics involved in staying at a resort and the time to do it.

Gabriel, at the Avis at Aria Hotel gave me the best customer service I've ever seen at a rental company.He was thorough on the explanations, very willing to help and a very kind person in general.

We would recommend Avis car rental and use again. We booked online, collected in one destination and dropped at a different. The whole process was smooth and could not fault it.

5 stars once you can find it! There are no signs and nobody that works there knows how to explain to get there. You want to head toward the parking garage, but do not cross the bridge to the parking garage. When you first get outside and see the bridge turn right, you will see 1 random elevator, take that elevator to the 2nd floor and you will be let out right to the Avis desk. Once there, service was great!

You have to watch what they actually say what your charge will be and what they actually charge you for. And the vehicles they have for rent are very cheap bare bones rentals, some are very hard to get into because even tho it says it fits 4 people they must all be 5 ft tall or under. First couple of times renting here were very good experiences, however the last two times and the people that were working there try to rip you off on the pricing and hope you don't notice. Be sure to print out your rental agreement if done on line and take it with you, only way they honor the price you were quoted. Buyer or I should say Renter Beware.

I left my passport in the car and the lady was very nice and allowed me to come back and search/find it just as they closed. Great service

Nice car for Vegas trip. However I was charged the $15.99 fueling charge even though I gave copy of my gas station receipt from topping it off after my 17 miles of use. The Avis receipt said I brought it back full (8/8). Be careful! (Updated...I put in a ticket with Avis and received an updated E-Receipt with the fuel charge removed--actually two Avis reps responded. One responded indicating he removed the charge and the other said they couldn't see that I was charged for fuel--I presume because the other had already removed it.)

Rented a car from Avis at the Aria hotel, second time in 2 or so months, Angie remembered me from last time gave me an upgrade and made the process of rental a car such a pleasure, cannot wait to go back, definitely recommend rental from the Avis at the Aria hotel and casino.

I came to rent from the Aria for a business trip. I rented from Valerie and she was remarkable. Great service and explained everything for me. Even told me where to find the car. Friendly service and the 4 Runner I rented was clean and ran great! Upon return I spoke with Shendel. I believe that was her name. She helped me with a billing situation which she took great care of me! Great customer service! Highly recommend! Thank you Valerie and Shendel!

I wouldn’t normally leave a negative review however Avis asked me too. Car provided was 3000 miles OVERDUE for service and had 39000 miles on the clock. Photo available if needed. In all my years of rentals I have never experienced such a poor condition of vehicle

The worst customer service I've ever encountered!!!!!Because of their own inadequacy, weird hours, and no answering machine, it cost us more to cancel it then it would have to rent it!!!!!Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Very friendly staff. The explanation of vehicle refuelling was appreciated, none of this squeezing in 10¢ for the distance from the gas station to the drop off. Aria center was a rabbit warren, but we managed to drop off the car and get our Uber at the same location. Overall, very satisfied with the rental.

Super easy, paid everything upfront before we left the UK. All explained on collection, just needed to add fuel before returning it. Good car, just a pleasure to assist a day off-strip in Vegas for us.

Rental car was not in space as communicated, office was closed, tank was not full, took @1 hour to walk throughout parking decks to find vehicle by clicking faub.. Avis has no backup plan for this situation.
