AVOID at all cost. Dirty vehicle, damaged and damage not listed on rental agreement, car not full of petrol.Walk from the AVIS desk to the parking area assigned to AVIS is at least 20 minutes.A total shambles.

I did not forget to send this review because we have the best memories of the journey we took in the suv we booked with this company. We had the Best customer Service and for last minute and the convenience of receiving and dropping the car in our hotel was priceless!!

Avis car rental was great to work with, the employees will go out of their way to put a smile on your face. If you go to Vegas, rent from Avis at the Luxor Hotel, service is Awesome! No hassle, at pick up or drop off.

Reserved and paid for a “4 Runner or something similar” and was given a Ford Escape. Not even the same class of vehicle but we still needed to pay full price. Unfair and not worth it. Wasn’t large enough for what we needed.

if i could give negative stars, I would this was the worst experience with me in a car that I've ever had and I've been into multiple accidents. The best advice I could give is stay as far away from this wicked witch of avis. The wait was awful, but the customer service was worse if you have any self-respect and dignity, stay as far away from this establishment as possible.

Being able to pick up a car right in the hotel lobby was great. Cars are parking in the back of the hotel parking lot, so you just trek out there and drive it away. We returned it after hours by dropping the key in the outside dropbox right by the parking. (There is also a dropbox inside at their desk).Only issue we had was The Luxor charged us for parking since you need to use your room key to get in and out of the parking lot. We talked to the front desk to get the charges removed. Other than this process glitch, everything was good.

We’ve had a very negative and upsetting experience with the Avis rental car desk at the Luxor.We reserved our rental car until 3pm on Tuesday, April 11, 2023. We paid for our rental with a debit card, which required us to provide an additional $200 deposit in case of damage. We confirmed with the Avis agent— the only person working at the counter— that we could return the car BEFORE 3pm in order to have it “checked in” on the same business day. We did not want to return the car after hours and wait until the following business day for our total rental cost to be updated. We wanted the transaction completed on the same day.By the way, the exterior of the car they gave us was filthy. There is serious film on the windshield and the washer fluid did not do much to clean it. Fortunately the inside was clean and functional.We parked the car in Avis spot number 23 on the roof of the Luxor at 2:10pm, then made the long walk from the parking lot to the Avis desk. At 2:15pm, we were walking down a large flight of stairs opposite from the double glass doors that open from Luxor onto the ride share pickup on the street outside. We witnessed the sole Avis employee leave the building with her personal belongings. I ran outside in an attempt to catch her and to ask about checking in our car, but it was too late. She was gone for the day.We called the 1-800 number at 2:35 and pleaded with them to find a way for us to check the car in, and to confirm it was returned safely and without damage so that our deposit could be released to us. We spoke to an employee and a supervisor who explained they did not know why the desk closed 45 minutes before the official close time. A case number has been opened for us to hopefully expedite the process of getting our deposit back, but that does not solve the immediate problem.If you are considering renting a car in Vegas, please be aware that this Avis location does not honor their advertised hours and policies. There is no immediate or satisfactory solution is ineffective, and Avis has lost me as a customer for life.

Brittany was fantastic!!! Had a Mustang convertible went to grand canyon not good on gas but was memorable. Taylor Swift was here so to return car was terrible.

Doesn’t pickup phone, cars all have dents in them, also after checking in and gotten the key, the key went to none of the available cars. So needless to say awesome experience, once we gotten figured out it turned out that they only had one person working for the entire place, while

location, location, location.....I just wanted to leave a brief review of this satellite Avis location. We rented a car just for the day earlier this month.NOTES1. Located near the South lobby of the Bellagio hotel near the valet pick up.2. The office is very small. On the day of our visit, there was a signage on the door indicating "one person at a time". Upon arriving at the office, we discovered a line of people already waiting (at 9am, no less) to pick up their rental. 3. The cars are located on the 3rd floor of the parking garage. To access the garage, one must enter the Bellagio hotel, walk past the concierge (turn left), and there you will find the parking garage elevators. Section 3D where the cars are located is on the opposite end from where elevators are accessed.4. The office hours (as indicated on the door) are 700am to 300pm, closed for lunch from 12pm to 1pm. 5. The drop box for the keys (should you return after closing) is located near stall 21. The parking stalls for the Avis rental cars are clearly marked.The main and only reason I wanted to leave a review was that male staff member that assisted us was very friendly and polite, despite being the only person on duty that morning. He had dealt with an irate woman just before helping us and I felt terrible he was treated poorly. And quite honestly, I wish I had gotten his name so I could mention him in this review. He was so helpful and informative about where to pick up the car, and provided clear instructions on what to do during drop off.side NOTEThis location is clearly convenient if one is a guest at the Bellagio.BOTTOM LINEA very positive first-time experience renting from this Avis satellite location.
