Avis at the Las Vegas provided us with a clean great riding car. The staff probing the car and at drop off were efficient and friendly.

Car that was reserved was not available at pickup- (jeep 4x4) they offered upgrade but it was a giant excursion & had all wheel drive not 4x4 - could've sent message that vehicle was not available so we knew before hand

They were so under staffed, it took us over an hour just waiting on line with one person checking people in. All the other car rental places had a fast easy check in.

I have never rented such a horrible car from any rental company. They gave me a 2021 Honda pilot with 65,000 miles on it with broken buttons, horrible alignment where the car kept falling to the right if you didn’t held on to the steering wheel in a particular position. Since I booked for 7 passengers and I needed a big car I requested a different car but I was told to spend more money and upgrade or deal with it. I was later told no other 7 seater cars are available even though I saw so many in the lot since it was an airport. The car was not clean when I picked it up as while driving my family started discovering open bottle beer caps around the seat and the doors. Note- this is my 9 year old finding open beer bottle caps. We also found a pair of regular nondesigner sunglasses that I gave back when I returned the car. Anyways, over all from CS experience to the actual car it was horrible. I would suggest management to look into this.

DON’T RENT ELECTRIC CARS FROM AVISI rented a car FROM AVIS, online was not mentioned it is going to be an electric car, they wanted an additional $35 to swap it with a gas care “if they have any left”. On contract it was listed as fully charged or a full tank when I was at the counter.”Car was a Subaru, new car, I could figure out if it’s fully charged when I got in the car, dashboard it is pretty futuristic, so I assumed is fully charged since the contract mentioned that. After I got out on the streets and I had couple of minutes to get used with the dash board I realized the car was charged only 34%.I called Avis at the location on the number listed on agreement multiple times to ask where can I charge the car near by and what type o charger do I have to use.Nobody picked up on that number they have listed on the agreement, Apparently they don’t even have a phone number where you can contact them at this location as per manager Drew explanation. Long story short I ended up leaving the rental at my first appointment and using Uber to go to my appointments around town for the day, at lunch brake I found a charger after contacting Road side assistance, to charge the car to return to airport in the evening.Apparently “lucky me” they did charge because I didn’t bring the car 70% full as per policy after using Uber for the day.Summary: never rent an electric car from Avis, not enough available chargers around town and it takes between 3-4 hours to charge the car on top of this if you don’t fill up to at list 70% you get charge an extra fee.Very Important: Avis stuff will not share all critical information when you pick up and if you are out the door, you are on your own, they will not pick up. You will need to call road side assistance for information. Not a good experience at all

This location has the worst customer service at the main desk. As a preferred member I was given a dirty car that reeked of marijuana. This is not the Avis welcome we are used to.

Las Vegas Avis Rental - easy out and back in processes as an Avis Preferred member. Rental Center bus driver Gary is the best. Luckily Gary was our bus driver both ways.Dodge Charger was a decent vehicle and very clean with lots of power. Good leg room and enough trunk space for golf clubs.

We had a terrible experience with Avis, the car we were given had bald tires 1/32 all 4 the steel belts were showing thru. We called Avis several times to request a solution..we needed new tires. They wanted us to drive 164 miles out of our way, to their preferred tire shop. Customer service and roadside service told us if we purchase tires they would reimburse us. That in itself has also been a hassle. Still waiting on the rest of the refund. The tires should have been replaced a year ago. So no... don't rent from them. They don't care about the safety of their customers. 5 phone calls, multiple texts, several emails....we wasted a day of our very short vacation on this.
