Love mid strip location. Service continues to be poor. Bad check in experience (kiosk wouldn't work for us). Long lines for coffee in morning. Table stakes were mostly $15 or higher.

This place is a rip off, they overcharge you for a beer, and you might as well not make a sports bet with them, I made a 330$ USD bet and never received a single drink ticket, I realized after the fact, and went back with my card, and the Chinese rude ignorant girl just shrugged her shoulders. Poor service for sports bets. Over priced!

The Horseshoe has one of the newest poker rooms in Las Vegas (as of 2024), and it is a great, little room! If you are looking to play low stakes, NL Hold ‘em on the strip, like smaller, more intimate card rooms, and/or rooms that offer promos, this room tops the list.
If you are searching for a hotel, and a Caesar’s Diamond tier member, the horseshoe is one of the best value/money hotels, right in the heart of the Las Vegas strip.
Nearby activities: Too many to mention! It truly is located on the strip and in the best, most-central part of the strip.
Walkability: Horseshoe is within walking distance of Bellagio, Aria, and is actually connected to Paris (so you can walk there without going outside)!

Bellhops watched me get a delivery of water and some groceries. Just a little too much for what my fingers could grab. I asked if I could borrow a cart to bring it up and they said no. Then I asked if they could help me bring it up and they said for a 15 dollar fee. I’ve never experienced this at a hotel where they wouldn’t help you bring something up to your room? While 3-4 bellhops stood around. I managed to get it into the elevator, a guest helped me get it off the elevator and one of the guys from housekeeping helped me get it to my door. Long haired guy on housekeeping, thank you.

I wish I could give this hotel zero stars. I usually never leave a review unless I'm very satisfied or very disappointed. First, too start, I got stuck in the broken elevator a few times during my stay. Housekeeping lied about my check out time just to collect extra money. They had seen me and my family leave our room at 10:50am. But instead, I was charged extra for a 1:30pm late check out. I was already at the airport at that time. Also during my check out, I was waiting in line to speak to the front desk. At this time Don at the kiosk was very rude and said leave your room keys in the box and we will email you. I had said again I'm waiting for the front desk. He had yelled again in front of my 2 year old son. Front desk is for check ins only and to drop my key in the box and leave. This was very disrespectful and quite frankly inappropriate behavior in the hotel lobby. After this experience I will never stay at any Cesar's property again. Stay at the MGM they will treat you alot better!!!

The renovation is nice, but its still one of the oldest properties on the strip. Paint and new carpet helps but it still kind of smells, the layout sucks.

Terrible management. They can't even get their offer dates at caesars rewards to line up with special events dates. There's theft in the parking lot. Not enough security. Crumb bumbs everywhere in and outside the casino. (Wow this was last year, not much has changed)
Update June 2024:
BE CAREFUL. LOTS OF THEFT . YOU WILL NEED TO BRING SELF DEFENSE ITEMS BECUASE PEOPLE WILL ROB YOU AT GUN POINT. SECURITY DOESNT HANDLE THEFT. CASINO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING. Take your family and friends to a nicer place. Lots of crack heads and crumb bums here.Lots of theft. Come at your own risk, be ready to defend yourself. DO Not come here unless you want to get robbed. It's gotten worse like every other city.
Safety: Not safe, be ready to defend yourself. Always carry, bring your safety items. Do not rely on security, they do not get paid enough to protect your personal property in your rooms, parking lot or casino floor. Be vigilant and keep head on swivel. Stay sober. Your life depends on it
Food & drinks: As a 7star guest, through the years, I've noticed that the supply of decent drink items diminished. Now, they carry garbage drinks and terrible 14 dollar Fiji filtered tap water. It's all gross. It's all crap, garbage. The food is too. It's overpriced grade D meats and soy bean oils.

Do not play bubble craps at this casino. When you win, it does not update your balance. When you call the attendant and show them exactly what happened, they won’t give you the money that you won. Crooked or incompetent, I can’t tell.
