Dr. Anderson is absolutely amazing and so very caring! Had to take my 89 year old dad's dog in today for his ears and he is on a fixed income. She worked with him and now his best friend is on his way to being his happy self. The staff is super friendly and got us in right away. I can't thank them enough for helping my dad

The vets that work here are great, however, banfield as a whole is a scam and would rather see healthy pets than pets that are sick and actually need care. Corporate only cares about numbers.

I have had my dogs wellness plan for 8 years and just recently got a new dog. Due to an unexpected income loss I had to get rid of the new dog a few weeks later. I explained this to several representatives and yet no one did what needed to be done and now I’m stuck paying for a membership for a dog I don’t even have or else go in collections ?.For this issue I will not be renewing my original dogs membership and will never refer anyone to Banfield EVER !!!!!!!

I just wanted to thank Dr Melissa and staff for the amazing care they brought to my dog Rocky. It's taken me some time to write this but I went back in late November because he had a limp and it just wouldn't go away. What I thought was a small problem turned out to be something greater. Thanks to the dr we were able to get an idea what was going on. She and the staff did everything they could with what was available over the next three days. The dr herself kept me updated. On one of this days I really can't remember the nurse's name but she said to Rocky "you're going to get better". She gave us a bag with the medications on it. But his name was written out on it with hearts. I know it sounds so simple but it has meant the world to my family and I. The quality of care is A1 here. They are so honest, empathetic and kind. I really do recommend this Banfield specifically.

This place has been amazing, and I have been to several different vets over the years. I was disheartened to see most of the reviews being about the front desk or the reviewers' own stupidity. The vet care here has been top-notch, and the only time I've seen the front desk not be even remotely as bad as the reviews is when those customers actually deserved worse. They put up with your awfulness and I feel sorry they had to meet you.

Update: Monica was WRONG!! Now we have to go back and waste more time that never should’ve happened. I’m not an advocate for people losing their jobs but she needs to go. I would give zero star if I could. Monica had so much attitude. We had an email confirmation that was booked in December for a comprehensive. They REFUSED OUR DOG when we got there totally saying the opposite of our email confirmation. Not only that, she had so much attitude she wouldn't even explain why or what they COULD do since we took off work to get her there. Arlette was great and finally offered an alternative but we were so mad and upset. Why couldn't Monica have done that and been civil? We will be canceling plan and NEVER going back.

Per their recommendation we scheduled an ultrasound for our dog about a month ago. Originally they gave us an appointment before calling us back to tell us they aren't open that day. Then we were rescheduled. We confirmed our appointment the day before our appointment and were told all was good. The day of we arrive we check in and wait for 20 minutes only for them to tell us the doctor won't be coming in to see us today due to a communication error. Then tried to reschedule us the day after Thanksgiving.

I don't like the fact pet owners are not allowed in a private room with the vet during appointment time. It's very distracting,, unproductive and unprofessional trying to have a conversation at the front desk while people are checking in their pets and waiting for appointments. The noise level and all the commotion is very stressful and an unpleasant experience. I've mentioned this to the receptionist but was informed theres nothing they can do until corporate changes the rule.

I have to say I have the wellness plan for $50 a month and it's definitely worth the value is amazing. Everything from your pets check ups to your pups teeth cleaning are all included in the price and summerlin location really take care of your pet woujd highly recommend.
