Worst ever 30 min to make a deposit with 2 people in line

I've been to this location only a couple of times. The customer service was very good; answering my questions. They had to refer me to a different location for a safety deposit box as they did not have any available at the time of my inquiry. Other than that, a very good location that offers the typical customer banking needs.

I would give this, no stars if possible. I walk into this branch to cash a small check. When I get in there, there are two tellers who tell me that they will be right with me then a moment or two later a bank manager comes up to me and asks me what I am, therefore, etc. tells me that they had to leave to get keys and will be right back like as in they're just in the back, I get this feeling that this is a BS excuse either way, as I end up standing there for 15 minutes, it was meant to seem like nobody else could help me or the people behind me because they didn't have keys to the drawers. 15 minutes go by and then somebody comes out says that he can help us after asking each one of us AGAIN what is were there for. Which, of course, by this time, I'm completely annoyed then he decides to help the fourth person in line instead of helping me who had been there the longest without acknowledging that I had been there the longest, without acknowledging any of the other people in line. Finally, somebody else came out a nice man named Jamie, and he finally offered me some assistance but everything prior to that was the crappiest customer service I've ever received in a bank. Ever.

A line of 12 customers at this branch at 10:45 FRI 12/16/2022. Bank of America has no customer service at all. All Las Vegas branch’s are the same. I also bank at several other banks and never stand in line at other banks. I wish I did not have to use this bank. I would bank somewhere else.

You will wait in line for any service here. Never more than one teller working. Management clearly doesn't care about customer service. The only nice thing about this place is talking with other customers in line about how bad these people are at their jobs. They have 8 people on staff here and nobody to help people trying to get in and out.

Be Aware!Went to this branch with my dad that is 74 years old and is retiring to Mexico. I helped him withdraw some large amount of money and a day later his account was frozen. He called costumer service and they told him to go in person to any branch, so we went to a branch on Craig and Rancho. They stated that they couldn’t do anything cause there was a fraud investigation. We didn’t understand what was going on. He traveled to Mexico and 2 months later he couldn’t use his bank account still, finally a girl on the phone told him the branch manager was the one that freeze the account cause I (his son) was with him and they suspected some kind of exploitation. To this date 6/20/22 my dad still dealing with them , he had to cut his vacation and comeback to the US to try to access his money, also to this date im paying all his bills with my money cause all the automatic payments he had have being rejected.Looking fwd to see the outcome and more than ready to take legal action against BOA. The branch manager at this location created the worst nightmare for my dad, also BOA costumers service and fraud department are the worst.Hope nobody else has to go through this at this branch and this manager gets fired.

Bank of America is fine to do business with as long as everything is very simple. I have spent countless hours meeting with Personal Bankers over the last few months. I used to work for Enron many years ago. If you recall they went bankrupt because of pervasive fraud throughout the entire company. The average worker was as much a victim as anyone they defrauded outright. Enron did it by constantly reorganizing various departments. That way money trails and fiscal responsibility were always lost in the shuffle of new departments and transferred personnel. They had people doing things that were unfamiliar to them. They instituted policies that made any questionable acts practically impossible to pin down. This is exactly what BOA is doing. They make you wait weeks to even address an out-of-the-ordinary issue. And then after waiting weeks, they can't do anything about it then. You'll have to come back several times and weeks or months apart. They make rules to keep you from getting to your money (again, except for simple, straight forward transactions). The local employees have their hands tied by the corporate rules and corporate bureaucracy. In the meantime, you get bounced around like a tennis ball. They only care about customer service when it comes to acquiring new customers, if you're an existing customer, they already have you and they make as difficult as possible for you to change anything that is not in the bank's favor. To put it simply, once you are a customer, they play you. I wouldn't recommend them even over putting your money under your mattress (the interest rate is almost as good). Get your money out of there before their corporate greed brings them down like Enron.

Best branch! Jennifer and Larry help me every time with no hesitation. I’ll drive the extra mile for great customer service. They actually give me hope with my new bank account here.

Never more than one teller working. When several clients asked if they could open up more tellers they ignored us or said they were on their way. A clear lie. Some smug sense of superiority coming from the staff. 5 people other than the teller and nobody else can open up.Why does BofA think they are better than everyone? Elitism at its finest.

How do you start a new account twice and both accounts get shut down for no reason. Before they close the accounts I had deposited money into the accounts. They would not give me my money back, that they would mail me a check. Makes no sense if I had brought money just give it back to me. Its been a week and half still nothing. Don't waste your time with this bank.

Sub par service by someone who has no business working at a customer facing job..Monique Was told could not withdraw cash from a debit card simply because I don't have a checking account with them ... funny since any other bank is able to give cash on debit cards with a valid id specially federally issued ones. I was trying to pay my car note that is under BOA guess not then .. no surprise here when you check the overal review rating of this branch . DO BETTER stop failing at your basic job
