This branch is always so so slow. Even when you have an appointment you have to sit and wait well past the appointment time like I currently am doing.

ZERO STARS!!! This place has the WORST customer service EVER!!! Today was my second time going and I stood for 10 minutes without getting assistance. The first time I came in was about 3 weeks ago and the same thing! After waiting for 12 minutes to get a document notarized, I was told they don't have a notary here!!! Seek banking business elsewhere!!!

Hands down the worse and slowest bank ever!! How do you only have one cashier with 15 people in line?! You have all these employees in the back but can't bring another cashier to the front?! Kind of ridiculous and insane!!

THIS BANK IS ALWAYS CLOSED. IT'S SO INCONVENIENT. THEY SHOULD HAVE JUST CLOSED IT DOWN. A LOT OF CUSTOMERS ARE NOT SATISFIED. IF THEY'RE SHORT OF STAFF THEY SHOULD HIRE PEOPLE RIGHT AWAY BECAUSE, THIS LOCATION IS VERY BUSY. BESIDES, COVID 19 IS OVER. THIS BANK NEEDS TO BE OPEN ALL THE TIME!!!!

Security guard didn't want to let anyone in saying they're was already 5 people in line. Made me wait outside, then sonreir came out and when I tried going in he was rude and told me i had to wait outside. Its crazy hot out and i could barely stand, told him i couldn't stand because I am recovering from surgery and he closed the door in my face. Not going back here!

Service needs some service been in line 20 mins and they refuse to open another till with 6 ppl in line but employees waling around saying they will help in a minute... But surprise... Don't.

Great service! Fast and Efficient. Line had surprisingly went quickly compared to the first BofA I stopped in at. The gentleman who greeted me as I entered the establishmentwas friendly, courteous and made me feel welcomed. After knowing 4 out of 5 customers that just came in were needing new debit cards he assured us that we’d be taken care of promptly without a hassle or long wait. I was the 3rd person waiting and called into the office in the time it took me to write this review! I do recommend this location vs elsewhere! Thanks!

Old tall lady manager with Dolly Parton hair sure knows how to make people feel unwelcome. She wouldn’t let me approach the teller without a deposit slip filled out completely. Totally just made up a rule on the spot because she wants to use her lower management power. I explained that I do this everyday and I know to deposit money. She then tries to force a pen and paper into my hand, while we are still supposed to be socially distant. She a very unprofessional and needs more training.
