Drove to west Charleston and desert foothills to make my car payment. It was closed at 415pm on a Friday. Funny how I'm always asked to move my accounts over, yeah right.

This place is always closed saying they have covid. They need to hire more than the 2 tellers they have there. I actually opened a bank account with a different bank In the same shopping center because these people are so incompetent. Multi billion dollar organization can t hire more people but can take late fees from people? Nice work ?

Went there to make a deposit for a friend. No go!!! They had no teller over lunch break-- said one of their tellers didn't show today. At my smaller bank there are always 2-3 tellers and manager can step in if they're busy. Drive over to Charleston branch. They had one teller and a line of 3 customers. So, one teller for two branches. Unbelievable!!!!

I made an appointment online because I noticed it says that on Yelp. Once I stepped in it was a breeze. I met with a credit advisor named Eberlina, she was so friendly and upbeat! I came in for a refinance inquiry. She laid out all of my options and explained everything very clearly. This was only the second bank I dealt with for my browsing options but the Service she provided and ease with answering all of the concerns that I had made me feel the most comfortable with my decision.

I first want to give a huge thanks to Vienna Nellis at this branch. I am a small business customer moving my business relationship to BofA. I went to a different branch to open the account and a couple mistakes were made. I tried calling and emailing the banker that assisted me, however that other banker was out of the office for a few weeks so I couldn’t wait for him.I went online and scheduled an appointment with an available business banker. I showed up for my appointment and Vienna was more than prepared. She read through the appointment notes, was able to assist in getting the DBA on file, helped me upgrade my account type to better match our business’s needs and open additional products.Vienna restored my faith in BofA and has won over all my business going forward. I am beyond satisfied with the service I’ve been provided and I’m grateful to have Vienna as my banker.

Always professional and friendly - most more complicated banking requires an appointment which is really easy to book through the app. As long as you plan ahead a bit, it’s very efficient.

I needed to open a new account, and wanted to use a bank I wasn't already using. Since they're all in the same shopping center, I went into BoA. What a waste of time! There were two offices staffed with account guys. The one I talked to said he couldn't help, because he was waiting for an appointment to show up. The other guy already had someone in there. I had some other things to attend to in the area, so I took care of them and went back half an hour later. Both men were busy with customers, but I interrupted the first guy to ask how long I'd have to wait to see someone. He told me that everyone makes appointments, so he couldn't tell me. Free-spirited me hates appointments. Just don't like the stress of having to be somewhere at a specific time. With a doctor, I can understand. But a bank??? I might have understood if there were major issues that I needed to go over, but just to open an account, that's a deal-breaker. My next move was to go to Chase, where I've had an account and mortgages forever. I almost hate to say this, Big Banking and all, but I've been very happy with them all these years. No waiting, zipped in, opened the account, and done! BoA doesn't want my business? Fine, I don't want to do business with them. Never liked them, will never deal with them again.

Terrible bank. Charges for lost atm cards. I have closed my account due to their fees and extra charges.

You might get Customer Service if you make appt. I lost my atm card and needed a temporary one for work asap. I got to the bank at 4:16 since they close at 5, left work early and everything. But, once arrived because they only have 1 person to assist the lobby customers and she had a appt at 4:30 I couldn't get assistance and they suggested i go to another Bank of America eventhough they all close at 5.
