The lady working wouldn’t let me make a cash deposit. I made the same deposit last month. This makes no sense. Never coming back to this location. The people here are incompetent.

I have been a BofA customer for decades and currently levels of customer service are the worst ever. The branch never picks up their phone - the small business consultants can't get voice mails and there is no way to be sure they received their e-mails. Lee went out of his way to try to re-engage my business and me with BofA and the effort has been wasted.If B of A can't get our of its way to value a premier customer that has businesses that process multiple millions of $$ through the bank annually, what hope does the typical bank user have.I have literally called the bank 10x and phone was never answered.Have emailed Lee 5x with no response.Have reached out to the leadership in the state of NV and they do not call back either.Reached out to Private Banking and they do not call back either.i WOULD NOT BE BOTHERING TO GET THE SITUATION CORRECTED IF I JUST DIDN'T WANT TO MOVE ALL MY ACCOUNT (10+) OUT OF BOFA - LET'S SEE IF ANYONE RESPONDS TO THIS REVIEW.

I’m here at 2:45 on a Thursday. There are no customers and there are two tellers. Neither teller can be bothered to take my deposit. I have had to wait several minutes. Clearly the tellers’ time is more valuable than the customer’s time. The branch hours have been reduced and the service is nonexistent.

Arrived at the bank at 11:30 on Friday March 4th only to find a note on the door that the only teller was out to lunch. Ok…So I thought to deposit my check into the “convenient” atm but that was out of service!Question, is Bank of America going out of business or do they no longer care about customer service?

Not open again..... time to change banks. Why are they not open,they don't answer phones... and when they are open they have 1 teller... but they never give a answer why.....

ATM just ate $610 of a $870 deposit on Monday Sept 6th around 12:10 am. ATM keep beeping forever then would not give me card back either. Im writing this . I called the number on the ATM but no human could be reached. I called the Bof A emergancy number. Ill be contacting this branch as soon as they open on Tuesday ><

Bank of America was with the unemployment cards when it was with their name, but now they could careless about helping people! They were rude and unhelpful at the BOA on FlAmingo. Wanted to tell me all credit unions (because I'm with a credit union) can give me my cash. My credit union doesn't give cash for master cards... I love the ignorance of people! Don't you think if my bank could transfer money from my unemployment card to my bank account I do that! I only gave a 1 because there is no place to put a zero.

I've been going here since I was 18 and I've never had a bad experience, I usually go through the Marrill Edge side of the bank because of my banking needs which I always have a fantastic experience with. The gentleman who usually helps me, Cheeto Rodriguez is great, he's kind and helps me with everything and explains things in a way I can understand. (I'm young) But today I just went to the regular cashier window to deposit a check, because Cheeto R. was not in his office. After I deposited my check everything seemed fine. I went to my car and looked at my receipt and almost had a heart attack. A zero was missing from the receipt. Luckily I caught this and went back in. A lady who works there approached me and asked what happened and if everything was okay. I explained and her eyes got huge and helped me immediately. Thank god it was a simple fix because I caught it so soon. But holy sh!t dude,, I understand that people who work here have lives of their own and things happen and maybe the cashier lady could have been having a bad day. But that could have been so bad for me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Friday at lunch time and only one teller open. And don't say COVID-19. Because there were 4 other employees behind the glass. And then when I addressed the situation to the big guy with the tablet instead of giving me a apology he became rude and said goodbye goodbye goodbye. I have been with BOA for over 20 years and never in my relationship with BOA have I been disrespected like this. Horrible wait time. Just Horrible.
