I've only used this location after business house so my comments are limited to the ATM only. They have both a walk up and a drive thru ATM. Haven't had any issues at this location and it's fairly well lit.

The manager lied about clients and schedules and tried to stereotype me because of my color and gave me the worst experience by coming up with new unheard set of informations.

If you need a banker they ONLY take appointments. If you go here without an appt I suggest you wait in line and speak to the teller first bc there’s no one in front to help you. I waited 25 mins for someone to tell me the person I needed is out sick and I should just do what I needed online. If you are someone who isn’t good with tech I would consider banking with a bank that prioritizes customer service.

This is probably one of the slowest branches in town. They usually only have one teller available and the rest are running around acting busy. There is a male that is usually in the front that tries to help when he can but he's not always available. I would not recommend a personal account for the same reason, that their customer service is very lacking. As you can tell from the response below, Bank of America is not very service oriented. They have taken the service out of customer service and expect you to use their ATMs and "Mobile App" and now Twitter for what used to be customer service.

I have been trying to cash a Bank of America check my mother sent me for Christmas. It is now March and I have still not been able to get to the front of the line. It says that most people send 15 minutes to conduct their business. That is a lie. They wait 15 minutes before they get frustrated and leave. I am unable to stand for longer than 10 minutes due to a back injury. There is no place to sit down and no one who cares. Bank of America needs to send a team to Las Vegas because this is normal at all locations. This was the primary reason why I left Bank of America and wish my mother would also.

I walked in without an appointment to wire transfer a closing cost. I'm from out of state and was in a rush. The security in the lobby(apology for not remembering the name), asked me what I need and direct me to the right area to avoid confusion. I sat down in the lobby and within 10 seconds, Mica approached me right away. He set up an appointment and explained the process. Within 10 minutes, Vanely N came out and took care of the wire transfer. I've been banking with BOA for 10+ years, mostly in San Francisco areas, and this is the best customer service experience I've had. Both Mica and Vanely were very professional and helpful during my visit. They are very knowledgeable and the whole process was a breeze. I was in and out within 15/20 minutes max during busy hours on Friday. Thanks guys.

I Truly Respect Our Free Will and Freedom Of Speech. Stated As above I Had A Great Positive Impact and Pleasant Experience. Been Here Twice Not Once Felt or Seen Any Inconvenience. Neither From Waiting Time or Their Service. Both Armed Officer From G4S Herrera and Teller Miss Jenniffer Were Indeed Extremely Polite And Professional. My Experience And Expectations Were Expected and Beyond.

The business window is closed from 11 AM to 12 pm every day. And many days it doesn't open for up to 45 minutes after that. Teller lines are backed up with too few employees. Customer service seems not to be a priority at the Corp level.

I only give one star because other ladies are nice but the one whose name is Jen. She is really rude to customer. It's her job to be nice to people. Never mind I would give her negative star if I am able to. So rude. She needs a training I think to improve her self.

The only reason I even gave them a star is because Trang. She is super awesome and often times the only teller working through the long line. Buisness line is always closed and it's so annoying when all you have is a quick buisness deposit.

One teller for 6 people waiting in The Business line. 15 20 min per person and having another window empty when they could easily place a second teller and don't make us wait unnecessarily. Ridiculously, below cero customer service, huge lack of consideration. I guess that's why Bank of America is the worst bank. They will do nothing about it to improve the service that's for sure no matter how many bad reviews they get, Tropicana and Decatur.

Nasira was so friendly I just opened an acct she as so sweet. This is my new favorite bank. The place is clean and everyone so nice
