Normally my experience with Bank of America is terrible or slow when I have to go into a physical branch. However, I needed a cashiers check asap and this branch was the only open branch open on a Saturday nearby. I rolled up and saw several cars in the parking lot and I was worried about the wait. Fortunately when I walked in, there was maybe 2-3 people in line and 2 people seated in the lobby. There was a banker with a tablet asking everyone in line what their needs were. Then another banker walked up with a tablet checking in with the remaining clients. I was impressed that they were ready with a solution to help with their needs. Even when I was sitting in an office waiting for my cashier's check and receipt, I could hear the banker acknowledge clients and let them know he'll be out to help in a few moments. I also work in finance and understand how stressful it can be with a lobby full of clients. I felt like they were just churning people out of the branch like bam, bam, done, done. They had a good amount of staff to support the steady inflow of a Saturday morning. I didn't have to wait long at all and I felt confident in what they were doing. It's probably why they are the only branch open on a Saturday, they get it! I was thoroughly impressed and was pleased with my experience. I wish I had gotten the name of the guy I worked with because he is definitely due credit. But I felt as a whole, they were fast, efficient, and pleasant.

Bad service I've ever had. I wanted to do some changes, but forgot to bring my card. The teller told me:" please write down your account number or your SSN. I can help you out." What....????? Who remembers bank account number....... I don't feel good about the why she talked, I refused to tell her SSN. She just threw out my cash from the window and said I can not help.... WOW.... How good is Bank of America.

I am a long-term client of Merrill Edge with multiple accounts (although that shouldn't actually matter, because all customers should be treated with respect.). I made an appointment two weeks ago with my Merrill advisor, Zachary Gaccione for 11 am on Friday, May 19. Upon my arrival, Zachary was in his office with another ME rep and a customer. The BOA employee sent Zach an email to let him know I was there. By 11:10 am, the bank employee comes back, sends Zach another email and is walking back and forth past his office pointing at his watch to signal I am waiting which is steps from where I am sitting and with his office being glass, Zach has seen me outside waiting this entire time. At 11:20 am after hearing another employee tell the BOA rep who was helping me that it's going to be awhile because he's helping one of his clients, I grow very impatient because at this time, it's very clear and obvious there is no attempt to wrap up this meeting up as paperwork continues to come out and laughs are being had inside his office, clearly not any respect for my time. This entire situation could have been diffused had Zach who was within my eye sight this entire time, come out and simply acknowledge and apologize to me. By 11:30 am after numerous bank employees apologizing and saying how embarassing this was, another bank employee attempts to get me another appointment with a different ME rep and just as expected there was nothing coming up soon and she said she'd personally call another rep to see if they could squeeze me in (which was very nice of her) but at this point I am absolutely done with ME. Zachary Gaccione is extremely unprofessional, blatantly disrespectful and has no concept of customer service whatsoever. This entire experience was horrible.

This location is very poorly managed. I do not mind the line but the customer service was so bad we just walked out. Do not go to this location, there are better B of A locations that take care of their customers.

Worst branch of the worst bank! So slow and will not work more than one teller. Horrible service and I would never recommend anyone banking here!

I went to this bank and was too late to perform a really important financial task. But I was too late. I can't believe that a bank would be so callous to the needs of their customers that they would close at 4 PM. Banks used to be known for superior customer service but not this one. I suggest Chase or Wells Fargo or just about any bank other than BofA.

I walk in and wait for about 5 min while the overweight Asian lady at the front types away . Which was fine but then she waves her hand to come over and when I don't immediately respond she says aloud with a whole lot of attitude " I can help whoever's next " . So I walk up give her my check and the entire time she was talking to the girl next to her and never asked me anything besides " what can I do for u " in a rude tone once again . Then I proceeded to ask when will my check be ready and she says in quote " as every other check you've deposited it takes 24hrs " but I've never cashed a check before . I got a new job and I didn't set up my direct deposit in time . The customer service was piss poor and I could hear them mocking / making fun of the previous customer . I don't know who these 15$ an hour bank tellers think they are but they need to have a serious attitude check . IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB GET A NEW ONE !

Bank of America discriminates against senior citizens. They cause undue hardship on seniors on a fixed income. They could care less about their clients and after 40 years banking with them. Shame on Bank of America, anyone with a account should close it and run. Their own staff will tell you they cause unnecessary hardships on people and businesses so often it's just their standard business practice.

I can see why this branch stars are so low. Saturday long line and one teller. She was rude. Depositing a check to someone and she tells me I have to fill it out. Every time going to a b of a and any other bank. They fill it out with no issue. I told her I don't have my glasses and she said to make sure I fill it out next time. Not in a nice way at all.

This branch has single handedly renewed my disdain for BofA. Long lines, ATMs constantly down...no cash, can't make deposits, spontaneous branch closures.. They messed up my account info and the guy at the window insinuated maybe I don't "qualify". Ha! Guess I don't "look the type". I strictly use the account to transfer business funds now. Online purchases where I don't wanna give up my primary account info. Never keep any real money in there.

I only go to this branch once or twice a month to deposit checks. Every time I've gone for the last 6 months, at least one ATM in the drive through is down. This morning, both drive thoughs and the walk up were down. I had to go to Warm Springs & Durango, 2 miles out of my way. What's the point of having ATM's if they aren't working?

In a time of uncertainty and chaos, Tyler and his team at Bank of America brought certainty and order. He has superior customer service, and one of the reason why I enjoy being a BofA client. I had to get my notary re-stamped due to inelligible characters. This is my second time back. In a hurry, I forgot my ID and ATM. I had to go bak home and Tyler was reassuring. When I came back he was helping another Filipina woman who had a variety of transactions, mostly particular transactions that would appease her mind for security. Tyler made her feel secure and I obeserved how patient he was at the multiple request. Grace under pressure...as the bank was full of clienteles; 6 feet apart. Nonetheless, you can sense the impatience of some who wait in line. Next, it was my turn. He approached the notary clerk and even replaced her ink ensuring my next stamp was crystal clear. Tyler- keep up the superior customer support! The leadership team should read this and promote you to train other reps how to be a poster child for excellent customer service. Kee raising the bar. Well done.

Had a horrible experience on Halloween of this year at this branch. The person that was helping my wife and i offered to upgrade my account and i declined. I found out a few days later that the person that was helping me "upgraded" my account without my consent. I will never come back here again and will definitely find another bank to do business with. You should be ashamed of your business practices.
