Hey this place are only one cashier and une lady maybe manager bought are intoxicated faling of very esteong alcohol smelling coming from them this cashier try 9 times complit my transaction also denie to help a lady in front me she just need to order cheques his said bank don't do that she need to do online o well so bank Don't need workers they are a fraud I bad peaplo are bad for the bank image. I have to go to other location to complete my transaction

This bank have to be close for good I call the police on the teller today 09/13/2022 this place are inconvenient and staff are very rude teller say his hate his job not sure why his there someone have to put attention on this place specially if you deal w money and customers at a bank

Not open again..... time to change banks. Why are they not open,they don't answer phones... and when they are open they have 1 teller... but they never give a answer why.....

Bank of America was with the unemployment cards when it was with their name, but now they could careless about helping people! They were rude and unhelpful at the BOA on FlAmingo. Wanted to tell me all credit unions (because I'm with a credit union) can give me my cash. My credit union doesn't give cash for master cards... I love the ignorance of people! Don't you think if my bank could transfer money from my unemployment card to my bank account I do that! I only gave a 1 because there is no place to put a zero.

I've been going here since I was 18 and I've never had a bad experience, I usually go through the Marrill Edge side of the bank because of my banking needs which I always have a fantastic experience with. The gentleman who usually helps me, Cheeto Rodriguez is great, he's kind and helps me with everything and explains things in a way I can understand. (I'm young) But today I just went to the regular cashier window to deposit a check, because Cheeto R. was not in his office. After I deposited my check everything seemed fine. I went to my car and looked at my receipt and almost had a heart attack. A zero was missing from the receipt. Luckily I caught this and went back in. A lady who works there approached me and asked what happened and if everything was okay. I explained and her eyes got huge and helped me immediately. Thank god it was a simple fix because I caught it so soon. But holy sh!t dude,, I understand that people who work here have lives of their own and things happen and maybe the cashier lady could have been having a bad day. But that could have been so bad for me.

I have a personal checking account with Bank Of America that has been open for 16+ years. They do not care about the results of their actions. Please believe I exhausted all efforts to rectify this situation with , directly. Only to be met with incapable, rude customer service representatives who regurgitated the same information without HEARING my situation. " , " Unemployment has been swamped for months. I called 400 times before being given the opportunity to put my number into a call back list. When they called back I was told that they have no idea why my account is closed because . ‼ The mere fact I was able to speak to someone at the Unemployment is a true miracle. But it didn't change a thing. Unemployment's only course of action was to email to ask that they take a look into what had closed this account. is refusing to look into the theft of $2000, holding my remaining money hostage and refusing me access to my account for future unemployment deposits. All I want is access to my current funds, my future funds, and the investigation into my MISSING FUNDS. Is that too much to ask?

The only bank I trust . I know my finances is in safe hands. Wish I'd make interest in my savings account that is worthwhile. Wish checking don't charge too much fees. I love banking with B&A compared to other banks. I feel more secure at B&A. Maria G. Christa

Very poor service. I just deposit to my business account. And the lady told me that "next time take out all of you rubber band" Very impolitely and I fell very disappointed.
