I had very positive experiences here. The bank manager Jackie is super friendly and helpful. We were part of the transition from the former Bank of the West. As transitions go, it went quite smoothly.A lot of my online deposits just transfered over!I also had excellent service from Raquech, Scott and Rene.I like BMO better than BOW and am grateful to have them here.

Called at 11:18 pm and was told the computer is updating and they can not get into my account.(the computer updates for 30 minutes a night with no access to accounts. !!!this a joke?I then asked to speak with a supervisor or a manager. I was told one was not available..( again there’s always someone in charge) what a joke. Another cockroach bank trying to play with the big boys. Let’s send them back to kindergarten..I’m very disappointed and have nothing good to say about BMO.Their customer service is non existent. It takes a lot more to be a big successful bank. BMO is no where close. What a shame.

BMO has purchased Bank of the West. BMO is a Canadian bank from Montreal Canada. BMO has changed the whole operating structure of the bank and will be implementing fees for everything. They have terrible customer service. Do not invest with their investment team as you will be screwed over. It took me 6 months to get my money out of this business. Do not go anywhere near this business and if you have money in this bank, get out as soon as possible. I give it an F- rating. Do not be fooled!

I would not recommend banking here. Their ATM machine never works. You can never deposit checks at the ATM. It wouldn't tell you it is not working. You'd sit there and wait and it says it is processing and then it would spit back out without any notifications.So you'd have to come in every time you make a deposit. And when you raise concerns about the ATM, they say it's probably the check even though it's a printed check and it's different companies issuing the checks. And they make you feel like it's user error.In a span of 3 weeks, I've tried 4 separate times with different checks with the ATM. Of course, without fail, it failed. Then you go in and it's the worst customer service until the new manager. She tried to resolve the issues and went out to the ATM to try and of course it failed. The tellers are all idiots with a chip on their shoulders because they couldn't care less about getting the job done, rather just there to collect a paycheck.The manager lectured me on filling out the deposit slip in its entirety. I bank with 3 other banks and never have I been lectured to do the teller's job.I would definitely not recommend this bank.

This bank used to be great. Came to deposit a check and got here at 9:15. They are supposed to open at 9:00 and everything is locked up. There is a line at the door and all the blinds and everything are closed. Very frustrating!

Despite being busy, the tellers went out of their way to find someone who could assist me with making a new account. I received personalized and patient customer service today from Miranda and I'm happy to have found this bank.

This bank is so slow and only one person on a Friday . Very rude tellers no management horrible. I only come there because of my work . Take notes find a better bank

Very dissatisfied with my banking experience today. Went in to make a simple cash deposit, and the teller took 15 minutes to do what should have been a 3 minute transaction. Rather than offering an apology for the slow service, she stated "you should bring your bank card or account number next time" as I was walking out. Also very dissatisfied that the bank manager didn't step in to help or offer an explanation or apology. Staff should be retrained on proper customer service etiquette. After 4+ years of having an account with Bank of the West, I will be closing my account because of this horrible interaction.

Do not recommend this bank at all.....I opened a checking and saving account with them for 4 months, thinking of maintain $5000 in the combine checking with saving account and I should be fine.....but no, they have been charging me $10 every month for whatever that fee is for.....go to the branch, and tried to close both account, and the teller said I could not close it because that was a transaction on hold....this bank is really not ideal for anyone at all
