This is the first Bath & Body Works I’ve ever been in that was severely short staffed. There was one person working the floor and one on the register. Normally when you enter a B&BW someone eventually helps you. I damn near followed this woman around the store while she helped others and completely avoided me so I went to the worker at the register on her phone to ask about the sale. She was rude and offered no assistance so I left. Las Vegas lacks customer service which I am not used to being from NC.

I was in with my niece doing some bday shopping for her. The ladies were nice, attentive, and really engaging. It was such a really good experience. it beats an online order every time!

This is my favorite bath and body works. They have the fastest restocks! I like the service and the layout is really pretty. I went to a different bath and body works and they were all sold out of the scent Poppy because of mother's day, and they also didn't have many products in the scent Warm Vanilla Sugar (those are my favorite scents.) But, when I called here, they told me that they had already restocked and had all the products available in those scents. The service her is also really amazing, the workers here are really nice. Also very clean, and smells really good. Most of the time they also have very good deals and prices.
