Bath& body works at galleria Mall in Henderson was really clean and the employees were very kind and knowledgeable. I actually just went into get a couple of my gifts and ended up earning two more gifts 🤣

The location is usually busy but I have to say Mrs.Jessica’s customer service skills along with Hannali as well were lovely to say the least and i appreciate it considering there used to be SOME not so great workers there in previous years with attitudes regarding basic questions!

I had an amazing experience at Bath & Body Works today! Pai was so kind and helpful in assisting me with my lipstick, making sure it looked perfect. Their customer service was top-notch, and I truly appreciated the extra effort. Highly recommend this store for both the great products and exceptional service!
