We went to our normal Batteries Plus store that was out of the batteries we needed. He called another store that had the batteries. That store stayed open until we got there, had the batteries on the counter, and had our bill ready to pay. Thank you for such great service!

This place is dishonest and a rip-off. I bought a golf cart battery and was told there was a 2 week return policy, and I could bring the old one back for recycling. When I did, the associate, Tom, said the battery I bought was incorrect and convinced me to buy a much more expensive one. I trusted his expertise, but when I connected the new battery, there was a burning smell, and the other batteries made a humming noise, so it clearly wasn't right for my golf cart.
Unfortunately, when I tried to return it within the store policy of two weeks, Tom refused. Horrible experience that wasted my time, money, and energy with no resolution. I have a battery that I can't use and don't know what to do with it. Save yourself from a similar experience and go somewhere else.

This is the best place in Las Vegas to go get the screen on your phone fixed. They helped me twice to get my phone fixed and it works better than the first day I got it and the staff are so nice and helpful ☺️

I have been getting my batteries (2 at a time) for my mobility scooter for the past 5 years now and when I need to check to make sure they are working correctly or if it is my scooter… I can bring them in and they gladly check it for me and are HONESTLY about the results! And when it is time to change yhem or when I needed a2 for a 2nd scooter for a friend… I bought them at Batteries Plus as they have AWESOME DEALs on the 2packs which I greatly appreciate! I will continue to cone back for all my battery needs and so much more!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BATTERIES PLUS‼️

I had a delightful experience here! When I walked in through the front door I had only a vague idea of what i was looking for, but with the help from Tamasa I found exactly what I needed! I felt very welcomed by everyone's friendly demeanour but it was Tamasa's standout customer service that sealed the deal for me. I will definitely be coming back.

if I could, I would give this place 0 ?. A friend recommended them to change my battery on my 2003 mercedez C230 Kompressor. they reversed polarities when they put it in the car. A bunch of stuff got burned. they cover part , but all the electrical problems such the cluster, my air conditioner, windshield wipers, radio, mirrors, one of the headlights, and break light don't work since they did that. now a year later, the good battery that they gave me in place of the burn one is bad, the seal came off, so I took it back to the business and after testing it, the told me that because the battery was not good, they couldn't honor the guarantee.... say what???
they argued that I must have done something to it, ???. I would never ever recommend or get near this business again! I sent an email to the area manager with no response. I ended up having AAA come to my house where the car was without battery and put one in. I would never recommend this business.

What the hell is the point of having a phone number if you never answer it? Seriously, any time I ever try to call to see if somethings in stock it goes to voicemail. Do you guys not know how to answer a phone? All you gotta do is pick it up and say hello, pretty simple.
