Jane provided the most outstanding customer service I’ve ever experienced! Last night, we walked in just browsing and she patiently guided us through the IWC collection until we found the perfect timepiece. Her warm, relational approach made us feel like old friends, not just customers. We loved her so much that we returned today—and thanks to Jane’s expertise and genuine enthusiasm, we walked out with not one, but two Cartier Santos watches!
She took the time to explain every feature, offered styling tips, and really listened to what we wanted. Every interaction felt effortless and fun, from her welcoming smile to her thoughtful follow‑up. Silva has been a pleasure to work with over the years. We started our journey together by exploring Breguet, and she took the time to walk us through the brand's history, the specific details, and what makes a Breguet watch so special.
After that, she introduced us to Vacheron and we fell in love with the brand -- all thanks to Silva. Her knowledge and passion really stood out and helped us learn more about the brand and watch. I had an absolutely incredible experience at Belluso and want to extend a special congratulations to Yarden. Connecting with him was such a pleasure — he took the time to show me every timepiece with care and patience, sharing so much valuable information about each one. His attentiveness, knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm truly stood out and made the experience unforgettable.
I also had the chance to connect with Yvete, who was just as amazing. The level of kindness from both of them is incomparable. What really impressed me is that they never pressured me to buy — instead, they treated me with genuine consideration and respect from the moment I walked in.
