The staff is what makes this place great. They were so helpful and sweet! The breakfast is great. The rooms are small but it worked for a business stay. The location is pretty good but those one way roads make it rough to get to it unless you get to know the area a little better. The airplanes were very loud- but I had the air on all night so it didnt bother me much. The taco place next door has fantastic nachos!

The Check- In staff CHANEL was very rude and unprofessional. I came at 12:30 the check if my room was ready since I called ahead to do a early check-in the male that I spoke to over the phone was very polite and said he would have my room ready at 1PM so when I arrive ves at 12:30 to check-in in case the room was ready CHANEL told me I was unable to check-in that I need to leave and come back at 3PM. "Excuse me?" I let her know I called ahead and she was still rude using slang words and saying "Well it ain't ready" Please be more professional and use accurate Vocabulary. Also , when I reserved the Stay I asked if I can pay cash upon arrival and the person I spoke to Dominique was very polite and said "Yes, but had to have a card on file for deposit which I gave her so when I had mentioned to CHANEL that I was paying in cash she looked at me like if I was out of my mind and didn't say anything she just let out a "Loud breath" like if she was annoyed so I told her that I had called ahead to ask if I can pay in cash upon arrival and she shrugged her shoulders and said "I guess " Like excuse me? She should know the policies since she is working the front desk. Please, don't keep putting CHANEL at the front desk. It is bad for business. I hope my stay is better than the rude experience I just had.

Let's be honest, it's not the Hilton, it's a Best Western, so you get what you get.
That being said!
The staff is amazing! Breakfast was hot and delicious. Only complaint, Jet Planes! Thank God I was in Naval Aviation or I wouldn't have been able to sleep with the Planes taking off.

The good news...the rooms are fresh, clean and appear in nice condition.
Now for the bad news. I was on the bottom floor and the walls are paper thin. I went to bed at 10pm and had to put ear plugs in. Every time the front door of the hotel opens, there is banging with everyone talking you can hear everything with the luggage, banging, clackity clack, etc. Every time the elevator goes, it sounds like a construction site. When the planes takeoff, you can hear it like it is next door...and well..they are. When people open/close their room doors, it sounds like Grand Central Station.
Thank God I had ear plugs...as I would have likely been woken up multiple times during the night. Forget about sleeping past 6am...everyone going in and out sounds like they are in your room.
Now for the service, Sharon who was one of the ladies at the front desk, has quite the attitude. You are there to please her rules rather than the her being there to take care of the customers. They have no public restroom in the front...you have to go to your room...and well, if you don't have your room, you can't use the facilities. Oh..if you show up early, even if your room is ready and available, there is a $25 charge to check-in your room.
Yes it was a good rate given the hotels were very full when I tried to get my reservation...but...this place will not be on my list to return.
I won't be staying here again!

Location is perfect for an early morning flight But if you want to sleep I suggest going underneath the train tracks for being quieter the flight path is directly over this hotel got absolutely 0 sleep defeats The purpose of getting a room
Nearby activities: Hookers and drugs were nearby that's a plus
Safety: Not very good horrible neighbourhood

There are too many rules at this hotel. Can't take your breakfast to your room. Can't extend your stay even if for 1 hour. We came in at 1:00 in the morning and they wanted us out by noon. We were so tired and exhausted from our drive but they're not really understanding. Bottom line they need people in and out. Never experienced this with another Best Western. But then again, we've only used Best Western in Arizona, Utah and California. Airplanes non-stop flying over the hotel. That was horrible! The most horrible sleep. And the beds were so hard. Felt like sleeping on a hard wood floor. It's like they're dying to get you out of there. The only good thing was that the rooms were clean and the staff at the front desk was nice.

I stayed here New years Eve. The other hotels were expensive because it was New years. I chose this one because it was over a mile away from MGM. I came to see the Bruno Mars concert, thinking it was down the street. I was wrong. But this hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I would stay here again. I do enjoy gambling, so it's better for me to stay on the strip. Breakfast was good. They offer that from 5am to 9am.

A little too pricey for what you get and the beds are really hard and not very comfortable but other than that, it’s pretty decent.

I recently stayed at this hotel during a trip to Las Vegas, and while the overall experience was decent, it had its ups and downs.
Starting with the positives, the breakfast was genuinely enjoyable. There was a good variety of options, everything was fresh, and the staff in the dining area were friendly and attentive. It was a great way to start the day.
Unfortunately, the check-in process left a lot to be desired. The lady at the front desk was quite rude and seemed impatient, which put a damper on my first impression of the hotel. After a long day of travel, a welcoming and professional demeanor goes a long way, and that was definitely lacking here.
The rest of my stay was comfortable enough, and the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. However, better training on customer service at the front desk would make a significant difference. A little kindness goes a long way, especially in the hospitality industry. However, I would like to add, the elderly lady with the glasses at the reception desk doing the graveyard shift was extremely courteous and helpful. I did an early morning check out around 4:15 am and she even called the cab for me to the airport. I am very thankful to her for her warmth and patience.
Rooms: Rooms were big, and clean and well maintained. The housekeeping was on the job. Very much appreciable.

The hotel was nice , breakfast was good , I liked it I really did. Now check in??? Ooooof lol worse check in (girl) I’ve ever encountered. I walk up and say good afternoon and her response is can I help you?? Wow lol I tell her I actually have a reservation and she asks, a reservation for what??? Lmao all while looking at me like I’m stupid or something lol and she starts telling the other employees she’s had a rough night and had to pull a double , girl that is not my fault!! Why take it out on us? Horrible service , only reason I got it was because the cheapest one but now I know I get what I pay for 🙄 Overall the hotel is great but I’d recommend training these girls a bit more , with good manners of course.

The location is good, 7 minutes from the airport. The room is fine, dated but fine for one night. Too much noise for being close to the airport. The service is very friendly.
