Issues include nicks and unravelings, uncomfortable beds, old and moldy bathrooms with showers that spray in all directions, and occasional cleaning oversights. The location is considered ok, tucked back away from traffic sounds on the West side with easy access to highways, shopping, and dining. A grocery store and plenty of food options are within short walking distance, though the area is not pedestrian-friendly overall. The hotel provides a complimentary continental breakfast, described as good but with limited expectations. The breakfast area is small and rough around the edges, often lacking enough seating during busy mornings. The food selection can be basic, but a self-service machine for barista-style coffee drinks is a noted perk. The free parking lot has plenty of spaces, though it can be tricky to enter and exit as it is tucked behind other businesses. The front desk staff are quiet but friendly, with easy check-in and out, and the room cleaning crew are very nice. The establishment feels pretty safe with no safety issues. However, the hot tub may be in need of maintenance, and noise can be an issue, prompting a suggestion to bring white noise. Overall, it is a decent hotel for the price range, suitable as a home base, though many guests would compare other options in the neighborhood before returning.
Not as good as some of the other Bestwesterns I've stayed in. It's not bad but could be a little better. Room was clean, shower was only warm. No welcome water at check in even though I'm a Gold member. HVAC was a bit noisy.

Excellent customer service service, front desk was awesome. Food in the morning on point. Room was clean and situated properly. Most of all , reasonable. I’ll share this with my friends when they visit . Good job .

Very nice, quiet and clean hotel. Excellent location. Well kept for its age. Lovely light-filled breakfast room. Heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Judy, the front desk manager, helped me greatly as l care for my disabled mom. Will return.
