I've only eaten the pizza through delivery, so I cannot comment of the in person experience. But I have ordered gluten free and non gluten free pizza (for my husband) several times. The first time was amazing but that was almost a year ago and all subsequent orders the crust has been so soggy that the pizza is inedible. Since the first time was so good, I thought it was a fluke but almost a year and 4-5 orders I've learned that soggy crust is the norm. I have no idea who would want to eat this! I've lived allover the country and love pizza from big chains to mom and pop stores. I've ordered pizza hundreds of times and I've NEVER before had a soggier pizza. I really hate leaving poor reviews but after spending over $100 with this place I feel like something should be said. If you're a fan of soggy crust by all means order, but if it makes you gag like me? Beware. Also, Biaggos should address this issue and solve it. Soggy pizza (not greasy) SOGGY is gross.

Sad that Biaggio passed away. Was really hoping they would have carried on the tradition. The pizza tasted old, like it was pre-cooked and then saved to be microwaved. The garlic knots were nowhere near what they used to be. Not much flavor and cold.

I hadn't been in a long time because I moved across town. I wasn't disappointed. The pizza was as good as I remember. Fresh toppings and great crust.

Absolutely the best. Family owned, and such nice people. The pizza and sub were amazing. This is our new local spot for some pizza Friday nights!

Great service from Harrison. Went in as part of a large group. We had garlic knots, one medium supreme and one XL pepperoni. Food tasted great.

I ordered a custom pizza directly through their website, and the toppings weren’t what I ordered. Truthfully, I would not have ordered a pizza at all if I knew the pizza wasn’t going to come with what I wanted. When I called, their solution was to refund or store credit the $2 topping. But what I was left with was a pizza I didn’t even want (first world problems, I know). But seriously, think about it…: There are times when the topping or sauce makes the whole dish, and without it, you wouldn’t want to eat it, period. For me, it’s McDonald’s Chicken McNuggets + Sweet&Sour Sauce. Without that sauce, I wouldn’t eat the nuggets—they’re trash. Same thing here. I wish they offered a better solution. I’m down $30+ and a mid-level meal.

Closed on New Year's Eve with no notice on the door and you left your Uber account on making me waste my time driving there to pick up nothing and caused your customer to order and wait for food that would never arrive.

We've been coming here since we moved into the neighborhood six years ago, and we knew we'd found a great local spot the minute we walked in.Biaggio's is truly a neighborhood joint. The owner and his staff treat their customers like the neighbors we are. This is not a fancy, uptight, high-dollar "dining experience." This is great Italian-American home cooking like so many grew up on. It tastes like the food your neighbor, who is a chef, puts out at parties: made with love, tasty ingredients, and the know-how to turn out classic dishes time after time. This reminds me: Biaggio's is always consistently good. From my first order here back in 2017 to today, Biaggio's delivers what I ordered, the way I like it, with fresh ingredients the chef here infuses with those classic Italian flavors and textures.Obviously, don't miss the garlic knots. Homemade pizzas are a favorite with us, as is the chicken parm (my personal favorite here). The salads are generous and full of fresh flavor as are all the classic dishes here, from the stromboli to the zeppole. Also, and perhaps more important in these days of stubborn inflation, Biaggio's prices are absolutely reasonable for the high quality and amount of food they offer. I haven't had the subs yet, but everything else is "delizioso."Will this be your new favorite spot? I don't know, but what I do know is Biaggio's is popular here in our neighborhood, their food is great, and they're super friendly folks. And whatever you order here, my god, don't forget the cannoli.

First time trying this place, they nailed it. It's exactly what you expect in a perfect pizza.
