At 1 PM after a hike at Mt Charleston on Friday, August 30, 2024 I went to the Big 5 store at 9540 S. Eastern Ave. Las Vegas, NV 89123. I intended to take advantage of the Labor Day Coupon Sale and buy several items off the circular I received with the LV Review Journal newspaper. I walked into the store on my way home from the hike. I asked the two women at the front desk if I could use the restroom before shopping. They said it is not for public use. I guess they thought I was a hobo and not a customer. I left and didn't go back. They lost a sale. Richard Hebert, Henderson, Nevada.

Find simple needs for your sports activities at great prices. Find clearance items available always for all seasons. Friendly staff to help you. The stores are always clean, kept organized, and have a very refreshing clean scent, too.

Was there today to get my son a mouth guard and some shoes and wanted to commend Ozzy who helped us. I managed a couple show stores when I was younger and this young man does a great job at dales and customer service. He brought out a substitute show when the one we wanted wasn’t available in my son’s size. We ended up buying the shoe he brought out and he even picked up the mouth guard we accidentally left in the shoe department. He is a great asset to the store and the company. Give this man a raise Big 5!

The employees wouldn't help us. We asked them for help and they looked at us like they were on Acid trip.. Or maybe they're not very intelligent... The girl threw a gesture even farted.. Be a while before we go back there.

I can remember when I was young before the big sport stores and Amazon Big 5 was it. These days they are still doing the same thing but with all the other games in town they just feel a bit smaller. The store is clean and the sales associates were all extremely helpful. The stock is just not too deep but they still have a lot of great stuff. Also they still have great weekly sneaker/ shoe sales.

Looking for waterproof low hiking shoes. They had several choose from and found a good fitting pair at a terrific black Friday price, and another 19% off with a coupon. Helpful staff!

They have kids snow gear for toddlers and younger kids, basics like snow bins. I couldn't find them anywhere else except online, but the have some.Staff was very friendly and helpful!
