I've been here twice now and both times Russell has been a dream! Very fair, patient, and thorough. Any concerns I had he listened and made sure I was completely on board with any decisions I made. I'm very impressed.

Stopped in to get a tire fixed that had a nail in it and walked in to very nice and knowledgeable staff, repair didn't take long at all, very satisfied!

Bought new tires from this store and when I needed assistance the most, they were of zero help. I got a flat tire on the road and needed someone to assist with a repair/replace. This store told me it would be 2 days before they could look at the tire. I’ll never be buying tires from them again.

Let's start by saying check your nuts. So as I was driving I was hearing a scraping sound coming from the front passenger side tire. So went home investigated and found the the LUG NUTS WERE LOOSE. WTH. I went in for an alignment why are my nuts loose. These people at this location are incompetent. High turnover rate as far as employees wonder why. Go to the location on ft apache where they sent me cause they were understaffed TY. Did me a favor. Much better service and fully staffed. Never again at this location. Russell is cool and the young lady at the front very helpful Techs IDK.

I had a screw in my tire with a slow leak. I took my vehicle to Big O Tires 06/23/2025, and they were able to fix it. Prior to taking it to Big O Tires I went to Tire Works where I was a customer for over 7 years faithfully; I had purchased the 4 new tires 02/17/2025. They told me it couldn’t be fixed and they did not put the insurance on my tires so they wanted me to buy a new tire. I appreciate Big O Tires and the staff for being honest and fixing the tire at no charge. I’ll recommend Big O Tires to those who are looking for honesty. Tire Works just lost a customer.

It took them an hour and a half just to bring my car into their garage even though I had an appointment and I was there a total of 4 hours just for routine maintenance such as oil change and an alignment. I guess appointments don’t really make a difference. Then when I finally got my car back 4 hours later my alignment was worse than when I brought it in. It was the young blonde haired guy that did my alignment. I just had the dealer redo my alignment because I no longer trust this place with alignments. Also for some reason there is absolutely no cell service inside their building and their wifi doesn’t work at all.

This shop is awesome to work with and I’ve been here multiple times . They are very knowledgeable and never leave me with unanswered concerns or questions. The wait time is always accurate as stated. I will continue to bring my vehicles here.
