We had a great experience buying our new couch and ottoman from Big’s Furniture. The salesman we worked with was very knowledgeable, check out was simple, delivery was quick, easy, and on time. Delivery was confirmed the day before. Delivery team brought their own tools, set up the couch in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend Big’s Furniture and we will be returning.

This was my first experience shopping at Big’s Furniture Outlet. Not only was I pleasantly surprised with the selection and pricing , I felt I was genuinely helped with my best interest at heart by my sales person Tracy. Her respectful and laid-back approach, as well as inventory and product knowledge made it in effortless and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend you check it out if you’re in the market for some good quality furniture..

Joe was so great and patient he helped us with all our questions we had even showed us catalogs of things they had I was interested in that were not on the floor and was very assertive with delivery and information about the pieces we had picked out. This was my first time buying furniture (new home owner) and he made it a great experience.

I purchased a bed and ottoman. Joe was great! They had both in stock, took home the same day and they loaded it in my truck very quick. I haven’t been there in a while due to the reviews but they are great and have really nice furniture and selections to choose from.

After paying for my sofa and loveseat and waiting for their 7-10 day delivery window I get a call telling me the sofa isn’t even in stock and won’t be for almost a month. Terrible communication, very simple to see if something is in stock before selling it and giving a delivery date. Not professional

I contacted Mr. Big's store to inquire about the manufacture warranty for my mattress that I purchased at their Henderson location. The personal Angie was very rude and not customer friendly at all. As she felt the need to repeat herself that there is nothing they can do as I am past my 1 year warranty. I tried to get information for the manufacture warranty that they are sure to sell you with when you buy the mattress and she continued that she had no info at all about that. Why use the 10 year warranty line in your sales pit if you are not going to have any info about it later when the customer inquires about it?

We went to just browse and see the selection of living room furniture they had. It took awhile to get made and received. It turned out to be the best choice and price for our custom sectional being made.Thanks Janet!

Horrible company. I bought a table 3 weeks before Thanksgiving, and was promised it would get delivered before Thanksgiving. I was reassured that it would get delivered and I could get rid of my current table. I had family coming over so it was really important to have the table when promised. Almost 3 weeks after Thanksgiving and I still had not received my table. The manager said the only thing she could do is give me $100 credit towards buying more furniture. The sales rep promised us the delivery date, knowing it was not going to happen because of the holidays, & according to the manager, the sales rep knew that.

I was not pleased with the whole process. Really liked the piece I’ve purchased but haven’t been able to enjoy due to stating the wait would be 2-3 weeks back order and here we sit going on two months and still haven’t received anything. They don’t offer full refunds even if you paid for cash. Empty promises. Not to mention the condescending tones and lack of customer support their members give you when asking for details. Would highly not recommend.

I tried to purchase furniture, and they charged my credit card, but, Kim (Accts Pay) refused to deliver, and process the order even after I sent her personal information and credit card information??? They obviously are a FRAUDULANT company.I have worked for two State governments, and I know of all the red flags. I DO NOT want anyone else to fall victim to their lies.Do not share or email docs that pose a risk. I already have anAttorney who will remedy the situation for me, and prove they are liable for deceiving me.

I am BEYOND impressed with this company. I’m relocating from Hawaii, and I need furniture delivered the day I get my keys, which isn’t for over another month from now. Joe, the sales agent who helped me, assured me that my furniture can be ordered now and delivered later, even though it’s not for several weeks. Their prices are very reasonable. I’m excited to get my furniture.
