Very pushy salespeople. The first person that helped us we liked and was knowledgeable. All I walked in for was something to help with my hot flashes. He then passed us off to a FAST/SLICK talker. You know you get a feeling when you have a sleezy salesman, I should have listened to that feeling. He applied some serum to the bags/dark circles under my eyes. And wow we saw an instant change. Before we knew it, we had hundreds of dollars' worth of product in front of us. If I hesitated, he would turn to my friend and pressure her. We wanted to come back the next day to make the purchase because we were heading to a show that evening and didn't want to carry it with us. Pressured us into purchasing right then. Told us they would hold it. Gave us a deal, free products. But yet we had to purchase that day. Next day, guess what? Another product was brought out. This time we held our ground. That was going to be a thousand-dollar product. Very pushy. Kept saying isn't your beauty worth it? Isn't feeling good about yourself worth the money? Still held our ground. When we got back to our hometowns and used the first products that we bought, they didn't work at all the same. I never saw the bags disappear like they did INSTANTLY in the store. So, why were my products different? I message them and was told you have to apply these products for months to see results. Well, why was it instant in the store?! Well, I was had for sure. I didn't listen to my own advice and walk away when someone is trying to sell me something while walking by in the mall. Very disappointed in these products and disappointed in their response. I tried to get my credit card company to dispute but that didn't work.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! We were promised products and a level of service and support that never happened. We spent a lot of money on a product that may be good but we don't really know because there was no follow through despite multiple outreaches. Unfortunately Bloomstem representatives have destroyed my trust and confidence in making purchases with other companies in the future. I was worried that there would be a lack of follow through and was proved right. SAD. Never Again

Today, after shopping at the Factory Outlet, we decided to visit this place. We had quite a few shopping bags with us, so we left some outside the CBD store and went inside to grab a few more items. Around 7:30 to 8:00 PM, the man at the counter was incredibly rude and unnecessarily aggressive. His attitude was completely unacceptable, almost as if he was trying to act like Tom Cruise in an action movie—just over the top!
He even mentioned that he used to drive for Uber before this job, and frankly, with the way he treated us, maybe that’s where he belongs.
You definitely messed with the wrong person today

Not only was the salesperson super helpful (gave me a quick massage) but the cheapest $60 balm helped almost instantly with my shoulder and feet. The prices feel high for the small portion and i dunno if its like this anywhere else, but what more can a tourist in pain ask for?

Mislead about products and sales guy intentionally sold us something different than what was described. Rip off / scam alert - avoid this store.

This is just sell, sell, sell ... fells like in a carpet seller store. Didn't really receive valuable information about CBD - just sell pressure. But I did my research already before so I was actually just there to buy and not to get information about CBD so I didn't care about the very one-sided information. The manager then sold me something with high THC level even though they must have been aware that I'm just a tourist who will need to take the plane back home. After doing some research I found that TSA only allows 0.3% THC and lower and otherwise could be in heavy trouble. Went back to the store and asked for exchange for something with lower THC levels and the manager asked me why. I told him about the regulation with 0.3% THC, but he insisted that any level of THC would be no problem for air travel. Crazy. But luckily he agreed on a exchange for a low THC product (which was a bit lower price but OK for me even without refunding the difference) and that's the reason for a 2* review because without I'd have given 1* or 0* if I could.BTW the product didn't help anyway. Just wasted $80 here. On the positive side: the product would have been about same price also in other stores off the strip.I wonder how many tourist will get in deep deep trouble at the TSA checkpoint at the LV airport or destination airport because of this store's behavior.
