Mediocre at best. I'm not sure why this place has 4 stars. I was not impressed at all, the plates tasted very basic and I expect more if I'm going to pay $40 a plate even in Vegas standards. Service was ok in the beginning, but fell off completely when they brought out our food. Not once were we asked if we wanted more drinks, only when they were picking up our finished plates. I asked for chili oil and they never brought it out. Also I literally just finished paying and when I went to tip them and clicked the button that automatically said 10% on it, it tried to take more money from me than the percentage! It calculated an $18 tip out of a $112 bill! Literally trying to rip you off! Save your money and go anywhere else!

Peking duck meat was very flavorful. But skin was NOT crunchy as it should have been. Not worth price point. Many places in vegas are significantly better

God I love this place. Great food. Great atmosphere. Great service. And their No Children Under Six Allowed policy makes for an enjoyable evening without screaming brats. Thank you Blossom.

Perhaps the most under reviewed and eaten restaurant in the MgM family is this one, Blossom. You see most Chinese restaurants are closed on Monday, but Blossom was highly recommend by my host and concierge, and I tell you they did not disappoint. 1.) The Ambiance- perfectly well lit, very sheer contemporary yet traditional Asian decor with a twist of Las Vegas Luxury . The music is instrument covers of current songs. Quite lovely. The acoustics were also well monitored without too much overwhelming voices, as a nod to the well design and spacing of the interior. 2.) The Staff- The best I have had this entire trip. Very accommodating with wonderful smiles. 3.) The Food! 1.) I ordered many things and all of them were perfectly balanced , tasty, and well presented. A.) Foie Gras- wok seared to perfection! I would recommend you tell them to go easy on the peppercorn, the flavor is unmatched. B.) Egg rolls-The freshest egg rolls made with just 3 simple vegetables. If you want fresh and vegetable, this is the best one you will find on the strip. C.) homemade Potstickers- Move over Din Tai Fung, these are better than yours. D.) The Shrimp Toast- Dear God- Order This. Just order it. this is the real Shrimp Toast E.) Congee (off menu) , honestly the best kept secret here. F.) Peking Duck- Yeah the flavor here is magnificent It had two courses, the wraps and the duck itself G.) Live Lobster Cantonese Style! - aka Lobster Soong- The best thing I ate this week. The tea was fresh and staff was extremely friendly. I didn't even get shamed for using my barbaric hands to take apart a lobster!

Blossom was incredible food in a beautiful setting. The egg white rice and honey walnut shrimp were absolutely perfect! The watermelon margaritas was very good as well.

The service was impeccable, the ambiance was very nice. The food was just OK for the price. To me this was a very average but very expensive Chinese meal.

Heard that Blossom is possibly the 'best' Chinese restaurant on the strip , booked for a business occasion, food taste is ok, better than average , service is , IMO so so, too many people , crowded environments, the bbq duck slices tasted good but not really professionally service due to lack of man power during our visit. Watch out for their hours , don't open for certain days, reservation is required , not quite meet its name tho IMO

Nice ambience firstly. We loved the corn chowder but it would be only an individual portion. We also ordered fried rice and a chicken dish. Overall ok good and very less quantities for the price. I would choose Chinatown next time.

Oh my! So far this has been the very best service we have received at all of the dining venues up and down the strip. Tucked away in Aria, Blossom serves up high quality Asian cuisine with immaculate service. Ask to sit in Danny and Ko's station.....you'll love them! Make sure order one of their custom cocktails. My choice was the fresh and light Cucumber Jade, it tasted as beautiful as it looked. We like to try a little bit of everything so we started with soup, moved on to the salt and pepper squid which then led us into the beef and mushrooms, sautéed garlic string beans and noodles with shrimp(I didn't snap a picture of this. ooops!). I do love tea with my Asian food and ordered the Jasmine tea. I asked Ko about some tea I saw at another table and she insisted on us trying it. I highly recommend the chrysanthemum tea with a touch of honey. It was an excellent way to end our meal and went nicely with our egg tart. We will definitely be back but, next time we are getting the Peking Duck!

Cost us $200 per person but NO SERVICE AT ALL. They asked us every 2 min to order and then disappeared until check. Nobody checked in with us and didn't even fulfill the water bottle once it's empty. Food was just okay and not authentic at all.To Chinese people, they just keep PUAing and ordering expensive dishes, but ignore them after ordering. The dishes are not served, and water is not added. To foreigners, they are attentive and chatting, and they come only every 5 minutes. We were placed in the aisle between the toilet and the kitchen, so foreigners could sit in booths and receive desserts.
