Atmosphere is classic Las Vegas. Food is always great and service exceptional. Joey and everyone are friendly and attentive to make your dining event enjoyable and memorable. We go everytime we visit Las Vegas.

Blue Ribbon Las Vegas is located in the Cosmopolitan Hotel. Offering dishes including oysters from our raw bar, steaks, chops and a range of dishes including Beef Marrow and Blue Ribbon's famous Fried Chicken. About the restaurant: Chefs-restaurateurs Bruce Bromberg and Eric Bromberg bring their vision of New American cuisine to The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, in the space of the former Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill. Some of the design elements will take you to the Big Apple: faux-distressed tile on the floor and walls, an industrial ceiling, classic mahogany bar and tabletops, and red velvet banquettes.Food & Drinks: The menu is nearly the same as the NYC counterpart with just a few Vegas-only items, such as the branzino; the pork chop with bourbon glaze; and The Cosmopolitan, a multi-tiered extravaganza from the raw bar including Siberian sturgeon caviar, oysters, clams, shrimp, lobster and crab, served with a bottle of Champagne. A must-try is the fried chicken for which the restaurant is famous --- a generous portion of breast, thigh and leg covered with a thick, crunchy batter. We also enjoy the paella Basquez, a mix of saffron rice, chicken, mussels, crab, shrimp, clam, squid and chicken sausage; and the pu pu platter with BBQ wings, pork ribs, sesame shrimp, fried oysters, chicken skewers and duck egg rolls that comes with a mini flaming grill to enable you to caramelize each bite. A well-rounded list of libations includes saké, wine, beer, spirits and cocktails, like the John Daly with house-made tea vodka and lemonade. Chocolate lovers will not be disappointed in the chocolate chip bread pudding complemented by vanilla ice cream and hot fudge.
