Avis Car Rental provides quick and hassle-free service. The process of renting the car is easy, with friendly staff who get customers into their vehicles quickly. Cars are clean, smell nice, and drive well. Vehicle upgrades sometimes occur at no charge. The parking garage for returns is very busy and can be a nightmare, with limited parking on the designated level. A key drop box is available on the 3rd level for after-hours returns. Cars may not come with a full tank of gas.
