Our experience was unacceptable. My vacation was ruined by this hotel stay. The facilities were outdated, and the elevators were out of service. The rooms were extremely small. The staff was unprofessional and indifferent, especially given the constant noise from jackhammers during our visit, which lasted everyday and our water turned off for 2 days!!!! It was clear that no one at the hotel cared about the impact this had on our stay.

Nearby activities: The shuttle is nice to go to the strip.
Walkability: Some food places close by. We enjoyed the pizza place.
Food and drinks: Recommend the pizza place
Noteworthy details: Enjoyed watching the planes.

Staff was friendly, shuttle available to strip. Room was not clean at all. Kitchen and bathroom had not been cleaned. Very little hot water for showers.

My family and I stayed at the Bluegreen Vacations hotel in Las Vegas last month as part of a promotional offer we purchased last year in California. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share it as a warning to others.
The promotion required us to attend a sales presentation during our stay. At check-in, we informed the staff that we had a two-year-old baby, and they assured us that I could attend the presentation alone. The presentation was scheduled for the last day of our stay at 9 a.m. I arrived at the designated location before the scheduled time, but to my surprise, they informed me that my wife also had to attend. Despite my efforts to call her to the lobby, they refused to allow us to participate when she arrived, citing that we were late—despite the fact that I had been there on time.
The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful throughout the process. To make matters worse, we were charged the full price of the stay, losing all promotional benefits, including the promised gift cards.
Beyond this incident, the room itself was disappointing. The TV unit was outdated, room equipment was broken, and there were remnants left behind by prior guests in the bathroom. It was clear that attention to cleanliness and maintenance was severely lacking.
To sum up, this experience felt like a scam. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, and I strongly urge future guests to think twice before booking a stay here.

We had very bad experience. I have been to many countries I have stayed more than 500+hotels but this was the first time I saw employees are lying and not working for what they have to do. I would give 0 star if I have chance.

Where there 12/8/24 to 12/13/24 for the NFR fourth trip in two years, each visit gets worse. This trip there remodeling the floor above they were working on both rooms above our two room's got to listen to Woody woodpecker and Wreck it Ralph all six days, topper water was shut off from 10 to 3. Was not impressed they got a true survey.

The airport is so loud, the rooms are always changing and not worth it. Pool feels a little ghetto and my room smelled like someone smoked in it. I asked for them to clean our room and get the smell out twice and they didn’t.

Had a terrible experience. When booking I was given false information on fees and had to spend hours on the phone trying to fix it, in addition I paid an "upgrade" fee to stay at this resort, for a very outdated, and dusty room with a bunch of things not working. When I arrived, the resort itself smelled terrible, then i entered the room - the microwave wasn't working, a light in the shower wasn't working, the fan wouldn't turn on, the AC wasn't working properly, and the entire room was dusty and very outdated. The next morning I went to the presentation, with a very open mind and actually wanting to purchase a timeshare. I was seated down and a senior manager immediately came over and handed me a piece of paper that said "credit application" and was told to fill it out. Without any previous introduction or explanation. Keeping in mind, at no point was there any previous talk about a credit application and it took me completely off guard specially the way it was presented right off the bat without any information and by senior management. The issues with the room were brought up to the representative and her manager and we were told they would immediately send someone to the room and upgrade us for free for the inconvenience which gave us some reassurance. The following day came and nothing had happened. At this point, we were checking out the following morning and there was no point in changing rooms, i wanted the "upgrade" fee back. I called Bluegreen customer experience and was essentially called dumb for not understanding that the fee was not going to be reimbursed and for me to call the front desk. I called the front desk and spoke to yet another rude employee that said no compensation would be given and for me to call the same number i had just called. Overall, terrible experience. Outdated, dirty rooms that are not even working. Unprofessional and rude staff all around. Terrible customer experience on every aspect.

Mrs. Rita greeted us with a smile and remembered us through our entire stay. She greeted us every day by name with a smile.

Clean, spacious rooms. Nice desk attendants. Shuttle to Planet Hollywood is convenient. Right by the airport, which I kind of like but you will hear planes going overhead.

Rooms are nice and accommodating. Not a good investment over time. BBB has a low rating for Bluegreen. Bluegreen is not actually associated with BassPro. Due to a lawsuit several years ago with BassPro, Bluegreen must pay a fee to be in the stores. The fee is around $75,000 per store. Not sure why.
