My experience was as great as it could get!! Got an appointment the same day, sat down with Juliana, went to go see the car and had a blast talking back and forth. She already exceeded my expectations from the moment I sat down. She did everything in her power to get me the best rate and didn't hesitate to see what I thought. She was very open to me asking questions and you could tell she was being 100% genuine. Everything worked out and got my new car!!!! She was there when I needed her every step of the way and I hope she’s there in the near future because I’m definitely going to her for my next purchase!

BMW of Las Vegas and especially my service technician, Jordan Trujillo, have great customer service. Jordan is very friendly and communicative and he works hard to give me the best assistance with my 328i. I also like that their technicians provide me with a video diagnosis of my car - I like seeing the actual shape of the parts involved. Each time I go to them for service, I find them to be trustworthy.

Junk cars, indifferent staff. I never knew a luxury car with less than 30k miles would need to spend more time in the shop than on the road, but here we are. Took my car here in June after a number of error codes flashed. Before the car could even be diagnosed I was already warned by service advisor Tyler that it's gonna cost me a few thousand based on similar issues by the "last customer." Jumping the gun a little bit, but whatever. I also let him know I the electric range of 7 miles on my car meant the electric battery must be testing low. I requested a test and replacement, as the high voltage battery was the only component still under warranty. As though Tyler could tell the future, he called me telling me both the auxiliary and 12v batteries along with some other parts needed to be replaced. However, the high voltage battery was testing "just fine". I asked him to provide me with the test results but he could not. Begrudgingly, I agreed to the thousands of dollars worth of repairs. I was assured my car was in "great shape" after the repairs. Fast forward to last weekend when once again error codes flashed along with the dreaded drivetrain malfunction. I called BMW and asked to drop the car off and requested a rental. The lady told me nobody who could help me would be available for a few days and the rental request needed to be reviewed by a manager on a "case by case basis." Do I really have to plead with someone? I requested a call back as soon as a manager was available. That never happened. I drove the defective car right to Kia and left with a beautiful hybrid Sorento. Dealership mentioned I wasn't the first person THIS WEEK to drag their broken BMW and dump it.For a luxury vehicle line, BMW's integrity and quality are patent failures. Happy to say BMW will never receive another dime from me or anybody that I know. Fix your product and fix your staff.

Within two weeks of purchasing a 2020 vehicle from them with 7500 miles the leather interior started to delaminate. They have told me that it's not covered under their 90 day 125 point inspection. GM is quoting me $11,000 for the Repair and they said they are unwilling to assist in any capacity whatsoever. Again, I purchased the vehicle only two weeks ago and would be open to other options but they will provide no assistance at all as they are saying it is cosmetic.

Took our 07 Z4 into BMW of Las Vegas for a recallnotice, Lexis in service was great. The recall was completed quickly. We spent some time walking through the used vehicle lot and met a fella picking up the lot, he introduced himself, it was Sam in sales. Sam spent some time showing and allowingus to test drive a new BMW. The entire experiencewas more than expected, BMW of Las Vegas is top notch.

I brought my BMW in regarding a recall notice. They completed the repair the same day. I did make an appointment. I met with Giuseppe C. I mentioned to him i needed new windshield wipers as well. He quoted me a price but later I was surprised he only charged half of what he quoted. Thank you! Upon leaving I noticed my cup holder was pushed in by the service men and I couldn’t get it open. Giuseppe kindly got a tool and fixed it. Overall service was very good.

It's always a scary situation when you have to go to the dealership. Mark made this experience much easier. He's a great guy with great customer service. Unfortunately the repair Bill was pretty astronomical so we're going to have to piecemeal what needs done. Mark completely understood and is working with us through the situation, that's all I can ask for. The service center had a beautiful waiting area with a nice drink machine and we highly recommend BMW even though everyone knows it's going to be pricey.

I recently visited BMW Las Vegas and had a positive experience. Tracy from BMW was exceptionally nice and provided us with great assistance once we were able to locate her. However, our initial minutes in the showroom were a bit disappointing as no one approached us, and we had to actively seek out assistance. Tracy's help was much appreciated as she was knowledgeable and eager to assist us.The only drawback of our visit was that they didn't have the specific car I was looking for in stock. If they had, we would have made the purchase on that very day. Despite this, Tracy's excellent service made our visit a pleasant one, and I would still recommend BMW Las Vegas for their customer-focused approach and expertise.

Although no one enjoys taking their car in for repairs, I know that when I do, my car will be checked thoroughly & I will be given an honest repair cost. I have owned my 1995 325IS since it was new. It is my baby! I appreciate the way that Joe Monaco looks after my car. From the time I walk into the Service area until I pick up my car, everyone is wonderful! In addition to thanking Joe, I would also like to thank Kenneth. He is the young man who washed my car. I know that my car is in good hands! Thank you again.

Where do I begin, so I took my car a simple oil change. When I went to pick it up, the advisor named Frank informed me the car needed break service soon. I told him that I would wait till the next month to do it. I've only had the car for 1 year. It has very little miles. The car was certified by them when I bought it. The car is a 2018 and was running great no problems. A week went by the AC started making a noise. So I took it in to get looked at. Frank informed me not to worry that I had warranty. I explained to him that I didn't. They had the car for 2 days. When I called to check on it. Frank said they couldn't figure it out. Hmm OK Meanwhile I had to rent a car. I'm a single mother that drives to take her daughter to school and goes to work. I need my car. By day 3 he says that it might be the ac compressor. Might be, but not to worry I'm under warranty. Again I informed him that it's not. OK. Finally he finds out the car isn't under warranty so he says let me see what I can do. Ok I wait some more. He says it will be about 3k but that was just to start. That they recommended this and that and maybe that will fix it. Maybe Maybe? are you serious. I'm a struggling mother that is barely making it and needs a car. They aren't sure that 3k and who knows how much more won't fix the problem. Ok something is up. First of all the car was running great. Now it has all these issues? Really? What kind of scam is this?. I told him not to touch the car that I would pick it up. Meanwhile I spent around 400 dollars to rent a car. I picked it up and the noise is gone great but the AC is blowing hot air. So at this point I'm upset. Frank was not there so I asked to speak to a manager. They send out this big body builder with tattoos to try and intimidate me. He begins to feed me a bunch of BS. I the car home and open the hood. To my surprise they even forgot to put my engine cover on. They kept it. I had to drive back in the burning sun no AC and talk to the manager. He apologized and said oh this one is it and gave me someone else's cover. It's not fair or even of God to do this to people. My poor daughter and I have been driving around with no AC sweating to and from. Frank had said prior, oh don't worry it's drivable. Well, sir, we live in a desert and I have no AC. Not Ok. So basically they created this problem for me. They scammed me because they thought that I had warranty. I cannot afford to get it fixed. I noticed that there are many reviews on here with similar situations and I've also noticed they are all women. Shame on these guys. Shame on BMW of Las Vegas.

Just got a new BMW iX xDrive50 from BMW of Las Vegas. Great experience. Made an appointment for test drive and the sales person did not make any hard pitch or push our decision making process.They had extensive inventory on the lot and enroute and helped us select the options we wanted and suggested close options. We selected that was 98% of our ideal "Build/Order" vehicle. Hence proceeded with deals and delivery the same day.The delivery coordinator was very knowledgeable and spent an hour installing software on phones, configuring users on the system, helping us do customized profiles and picking options and explaining all features (too many!).Very pleased overall.

My visit on 9/15/23 was stellar! Mark Daddario was very informative and professional. I felt very comfortable with our interaction which has built lasting trust from my opinion.The moment you pull into the garage you are greeted by happy people. My service advisor Joe, is always cheerful, courteous and knowledgeable. Even the tech working on my vehicle was pleasant and helpful; he sent me a video of him inspecting my car. Great operation.

Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and professional. Everyone. The dealership was clean, bright, comfortable with a warm and inviting atmosphere.Everything about the vehicle was top notch. EXCEPT. There was one problem, there was only one key. On some cars this might not be a big deal, but on some other cars, it can be.This one turned into a $400.00 deal. Due to the nature of the transaction however, negotiation over this issue was inapplicable.That said, I would not hesitate to do business with them again. Sam, our salesman, was a genuinely nice guy.
