First visiting this place 9/23/24, had a bad experience. Got a mani and pedi done. The lady cut my pinky toe and it hurts to walk. The lights were shut off due to some type of emergency. They were doing my nails in the dark. I kept declining to do my hands because there was no electricity in the building but they insisted I finish. I got gel white polish nothing special and it was all bumpy like a child polished my nails. I paid $165 the most I’ve ever paid for hand and feet service ever! I had to try to use the flash light on my phone for my feet to be polished. The lady was polishing my feet on the floor while she was kneeling on the ground. I went back today 9/24/24 and asked them to refix the mistakes. I was told by Judith who works in front that she doesn’t specialize in that and that she couldn’t polish my hands. Not to mention the day before I spent over 3 hours in this building! Ridiculous! She was the one that offered services to me when I first walked in how can she not know how to polish my hands. Very disappointe I walked out and she refunded only $50 back. Will never go back to this place again!! Worst experience ever! They did this to my foot with a cotton ball that got stuck to my cut.

Hair by Tiffany- Not only was the color and work product beautiful, she is by far the fastest most efficient stylist I’ve ever used. (I travel a lot and have probably seen 75 stylists.) she is my new go-to in Las Vegas.

I don't know what's happened in the last year, but this location has really gone downhill. It started slowly with some sinks and hairdryers not working adequately, and not being repaired so there were time where you had to wait for either. That doesn't seem to be an issue presently, not because they've been repaired but due to the number of stylists who have left and now there are fewer clients. I used to see a young lady constantly cleaning the common areas but I haven't seen her in months and asked about it as the lack of attention is starting to show. I was told her hours were cut. There's also no receptionist any longer, so anyone can walk in and wander around the salon. Walk-ins will start asking customers in the waiting area who to see etc. There was a homeless woman in the ladies room once cleaning herself. If you're a regular you know where your stylist is located and how to check in with him or her, however, we shouldn't have to be the ones providing directions or suggestions on who to see while you're waiting for your own stylist. Hopefully the owner will realize this salon is in a perfect location and has great potential, and will start to pay a little more attention to it, or sell it to someone who will.

I’ve rented a station here at Body Spa Red Rock location for 6 years and it’s been great. All the hairdressers and techs are very good and friendly. The front desk and cleaning crews are all very helpful and friendly.
