My dog Balto looked amazing and happy as could be as he came from the back of Bogart's bone appetite with his amazing groomer Kori :) she took such amazing care of my little guy and made him look so good after a de-shed was totally needed. I highly highly recommend you guys take your fur babies to this wonderful establishment and ask for kori when you go. She has a deep connection with animals and has extensive experience with all kinds of dog breeds so you know your fur baby is in great hands with her and everyone else that is apart of the staff here. 10/10!

2/29/2024 Second visit here...and looking for some dog treats for the spoiled furry ones.. Being away four nights, the guilt is setting in.. Picked up four cheese dog biscuits.. Let's hope they survive the hour plane ride..

Cory did an absolutely amazing job with my baby Cedric! Despite being nearly 5 years old and 105lbs, I've had the hardest time finding a grooming shop I could trust since he's very shy and timid. So many other shops are extremely rude, expensive, and have some attitude towards larger dogs as if they don't bring in more money (I used to love them working in grooming, got groomers more money). Bogart's was the complete opposite! They booked my Cedric a week out, reminded me the day before, and Rocky was very welcoming when I came in today. Cory immediately took to Cedric and made him feel comfortable, safe, and welcome. The price was not bad AT ALL. Only $85 for his trim when other shops want to charge $110 just to get him a simple bath. Cory was very attentive to my needs and what I wanted with Ced, and her comments about growing up with Berners made me feel even more comfortable leaving him there. While I didn't pick him up, I'm told he was very waggy and giving kisses to Cory, which is HUGE for him! Normally he's ready to book it out the door, but whatever Cory did really made Cedric feel good. Thank you again to both Cory and Rocky for helping Cedric find a new groomer. We'll be back!

The first time I went to this store the people working were super friendly, offered samples and I had a great experience so I bought a some wet food and treats. I came back the next week and purchased a bag of food that was supposed to have a $16 discount along with some addition wet food . The total seemed a little higher than I thought but I was in a hurry so I paid a left. When I got a chance to look at the receipt I noticed the girl that rang me up made an error (not a big deal, everyone makes mistakes) so I went back a couple days later to ask for a refund of what I shouldn't have been charged. The girl that had rang me up and initially was so nice immediately got an attitude and said they don't give refunds. I explained again I wasn't trying to return something I just wanted a refund of what I shouldn't have been charged in the first place. She continued to say they don't give refunds but begrudgingly said she'd ask her manager for a $10 store credit. Today I went in and the associate still had an attitude problem so I declined the credit and will get a refund through my credit card company. Buyer beware and make sure you check the total BEFORE paying because even when it's their employees mistakes they won't fix it. Plenty of other boutique dog food places to go to that won't be so argumentative and defensive.

Bad customer service from a manager Jen. Purchased a 75% off item which is a final sale but I did not know it's final and I couldn't return it. Lady at the front desk advised she will have to ask the manager. When the manager Jen came out I could see that she was already not friendly. She did not greet me nor asked me any questions. She looked at the bags and said that there is nothing she could do because it's a final sale adding she told me so when I bought it. The price was $5 or less than $10 which was not a big deal but the attitude of the manager, her ability to handle a customer and the approach she chose is so bad especially when you work in product sales. I understand the return policy but I will not be back because of her unprofessional demeanor and a luck of empathy.

Came in for a nail trim for my pug, and they were so quick and got the job done. I called before I came in to make sure they were available, and it was so easy and close to my house. I'll be bringing my dog here regularly. Parking is plenty and the store is easy to find inside the plaza. Plus, the staff were friendly.

The turn over in groomers seems to be consistent. I have had my appointment cancelled the day of, upon arrival, three times after confirming the day before and scheduling weeks in advance. The third time this happened, I was offered $5.00 off my next appointment, but I do not plan to return. I asked that the owner call me to go over my concerns to, hopefully, make things right and I never heard back. The receptionists and groomers are usually nice, but the owner doesn’t seem to care about customer service or handling ongoing issues.
