This particular location lacked any form of customer service. I completed my switch to Boost from At&t hoping it would save me from paying ridiculous monthly charges. I did everything online, which was absolutely hassle free, It felt such a relief to me. My problem arose when I couldn't self-activate my phone after trying numerous times. I contacted customer service in which I was instructed to drop by one of their many stores front locations. I regret choosing that particular location because the 2 female employees learned my acct was created online, they shut down any forms of assistance that surely wasn't going to land them a sale. In fact, they were encouraging me to purchase a brand new phone, which didn't make any sense to me. I was so desperate to resolve my issue, that I considered it for a half a second.Thank God I exited that store, quickly, unfortunately realizing they truly did not care about my concerns.I was crushed, and irritated that I had exhausted my valuable time to a store which was undeserving, lazy, and simply just a waste of time. ?

I loaded my Boost Mobile at Walmart where I bought the sim card. It was easy with the assistance at the tech shop.

DATA SERVICE SUCKSSSSSSSSS. I got 20 more days on my plan and just ordered from metro PCs... my 30 gb lasted 3 freaking days. I’m so mad I went back to you guys. When I was with T-Mobile or Verizon 30gb got me through a whole month. Y’all really robbing people. Hate this service soooo bad

Just got my iPhone activated with Boost Mobile at this store in Las Vegas for $60.30 and the internet speed in the store is 1 to 4MB/sec! Totally unacceptable! I complained and Nora G. said there is nothing she can do about it. When I ask for a refund she said, NO REFUNDS! Called Boost Corporate, they said there's nothing they can do either. The store has to do it. Then the guy at corporate told me I can always dispute the charge with my credit card company. Which I just did. Boost Mobile is a company with a totally bad attitude and customer service, I would not recommend Boost Mobile!!!

We’ve been with Boost Mobile for 15 years now. They’ve been great to us even after the billing company transfer switching fiasco! We will stay! The person at this store was very helpful in explaining our new billing process. I didn’t get her name though, sorry!

2 stars only because boost sucks, then to have even more issues on top of issues. The young lady I spoke with was a very polite person, very understanding.. She's the only one who gets these 2, not boost

Poor customer service and does not follow boost corporate policy. They wanted to charge me an additional $40 to swap out my device after I already paid $400 for a new phone and $10 for a new sim card. I told them where they could go and went to the Wireless Toys on Trop and Eastern and they did it for free.

I went to boost for their hotspot service and everything seemed to be going smoothly and going as hoped! I was very wrong, I never got my hotspot because the man helping me seemed to know ZERO about what he was doing, I was told they’d have to set my service up the next day and call me and I never received a call and I had to inquire and of course nothing happened the day after that! FINALLY today I called and was told to come in and pick up my device so I made the 45 minute (35 miles) trip into the city to pick up my device and when I arrived I was told after a long wait that I couldn’t get my internet till tomorrow so I canceled any service and left without anyone even trying to rectify the situation or apologize for the hours and money waisted on Boost Mobile! Needless to say they will NEVER get my business nor my recommendation to anyone!! I am extremely disappointed

Osiris helped me with a blue tooth problem that I had connecting with my new phone. It worked fine and suddenly went out. I would have never been able to figure it out. I bought my phone at the same store when my old phone finally crashed. The girl (can't remember her name) who sold me the phone was also very helpful and knowledgeable.

I paid my phone bill on 4/7/2021. Went i to location to add 2 other lines. I asked to be on the 3 for 90$ plan, insurance on my phone not the added lines, and asked about shrinkage.. my phone was turned off today. He never linked the acct added the Insurance to the other phones I said no to but did not add my line. I contacted boost they told me to go back when I went back the original guy that had helped me was there and was pretty much rude and upset because he did it all completely wrong. When I asked for manager he said he was manager and when I said well thats not what you told me before and ran down the whole conversation and he really got upset. I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE AGAIN. BOOST MOBILE CUSTOMERS BEWARE. I PAID OVER 500$ AND GOT -$500 SERVICE

Went to a Boost mobile store because did not know how to update Samsung browser. Waited less than 5 minutes in line. The clerk did the procedure for me and I was out in 2 minutes.
