This location does not follow their hours of operation posted on the door. I was there over an hour after posted opening time and it was locked no worker in sight.

I've been putting off upgrading my phone because I hate having to set up a new phone. Once I get one the way I like it, I don't want to have to change. BUT, my old 3G phone was ready to die. I went into this Boost Store dreading a sales pitch or a worker that would talk over my head about features I don't understand. I was SO pleasantly surprised by my experience! The young kid working there was already helping someone else but he immediately greeted me, smiled, asked what I was looking for. I said, "I have to upgrade to a 5G phone but I don't want to spend a lot of money. I hate getting new phones. I like the way my old one is set up and I'm not a tech savvy person, I have no idea how to back up and transfer. This stuff stresses me out!" He asked me a couple questions about what's important to me. He said I qualified for a free phone, told me the difference between the free option or more expensive ones, no pressure whatsoever! I picked one. He helped me transfer all the data and stuff over. While my stuff wa transferring, an older gentleman came in for help with something and he kindly helped him. When my phone wa done, he made suggestions for where extra charges could be purchased. He was absolutely wonderful! He's truly passionate about phones and it showed. This Store is very fortunate to have him! Thank you Cory! What I expected to be a nightmare, was a very good experience!
