CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE: I am completely done with Boost Mobile. The customer service I experienced today was beyond unacceptable. From start to finish, I was met with rude, dismissive, and condescending behavior from multiple representatives and supervisors. They refused to answer simple questions, spoke over me, hung up on me, and ultimately locked my account without explanation.
A representative named Meaghan ignored my repeated requests for clarity, raised her voice, and hung up on me. A supervisor named Mario was condescending, repeatedly asked for my access code, and caused my account to become locked. Finally, Ana from the Management Resolution Team gave me short, dismissive answers and told me I would need to call back in 30 minutes, after I had already spent hours trying to resolve a simple issue.
The fact that Boost Mobile allows this kind of behavior says a lot about the company. Employees treating customers with disrespect, refusing to provide basic transparency, and showing zero concern for resolving issues is unacceptable. This is not customer service, it is abuse. I have never been treated this poorly by any company, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Boost Mobile clearly does not value its customers, and this experience confirms it.

Visit this place because I just want to switch my new phone number for my old phone number the lady in front say that is not possible that I have to have another account and the fee for that was 99 dollars for first month service plus activation fee to that I answer why just not add another line to my account and she said ok is 55 I accept and she ask me to let take picture of my same phone to post her sale I buy the phone one month ago from her now I have one phone with two phone numbers….Once I’m home I said wait she scam me to have a sale of the day I just want to switch phone number and of course is possible

Laura was exceptional! Very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. We went to two other Boost stores previously and walked out because of rude, unfriendly employees. Laura is the best!

DON'T BUY THIS PHONE . I hope you guys find my review helpful for your next purchase. I purchased a Celero 5-plus phone around 1 month ago and this phone have a lot of issues. The internet is terrible. I have no access to my voice-mail. The calls drop as I'm talking to someone. People call me and phone doesn't ring. I went to the store to solve this problem . All they did was to updated and it worked fine for two weeks . But the problem start all over again. I also called the 800 number support and same thing . They did the same thing just update the phone. Instead of wasting my time and gas and going to the store and making phones calls. It will be better to replace the phone and problem solved, but they just continue to turn it off update and go , May be I'm the only who complaints about this phone. Well this is my personal review . As a value customer supporting this businesses . DON'T BUY THIS PHONE.

I lost my phone so I came in a gave 100 on a new one and wanted to transfer my number so the lady said she can do it then when I get my phone she says there's a glitch in the system and will take 3 or 4 hours and my phone will be on THAT WAS 4 DAYS AGO SMH THIS BOOST PLACE IS TRASH AND THEY WON'T HELP so It wasn't a glitch and she lied then told me my sim card needs to be updated by boost and can take 24 hours it's been 4days
