DON'T BUY THIS PHONE . I hope you guys find my review helpful for your next purchase. I purchased a Celero 5-plus phone around 1 month ago and this phone have a lot of issues. The internet is terrible. I have no access to my voice-mail. The calls drop as I'm talking to someone. People call me and phone doesn't ring. I went to the store to solve this problem . All they did was to updated and it worked fine for two weeks . But the problem start all over again. I also called the 800 number support and same thing . They did the same thing just update the phone. Instead of wasting my time and gas and going to the store and making phones calls. It will be better to replace the phone and problem solved, but they just continue to turn it off update and go , May be I'm the only who complaints about this phone. Well this is my personal review . As a value customer supporting this businesses . DON'T BUY THIS PHONE.

I lost my phone so I came in a gave 100 on a new one and wanted to transfer my number so the lady said she can do it then when I get my phone she says there's a glitch in the system and will take 3 or 4 hours and my phone will be on THAT WAS 4 DAYS AGO SMH THIS BOOST PLACE IS TRASH AND THEY WON'T HELP so It wasn't a glitch and she lied then told me my sim card needs to be updated by boost and can take 24 hours it's been 4days

We had stopped by the boost mobile store on rainbow and flamingo and online it said it was opened at 10am and we were their around 10:30am and it was still closed thankfully their was another boost mobile store not to far on Decatur and Twain which was open. Customer service was great, Lora helped with everything that we needed and much more. Very thankful for her hospitality and great customer service.

Laura gave us incredible service, she was very eager to help, was very knowledgeable and she called around until a new phone was located & was held for us to purchase. We had just come from another store, where we were rudely told our issue couldn't be resolved, to call the insurance, & that they would handle whatever was wrong. Laura saved the account, as we were ready to cancel our service & go with another vendor!
