My husband and I went and were helped by Jenniffer F. & when I tell you her service is amazing I mean it! She goes above and beyond and helped us with everything we needed. Answered all our questions and made sure we were well taken care of. I had gone to a different boost and immediately regretted it because I did not get the same service as to when Jenniffer did ♥️ recommend this store and especially with her!

Was a little panicked not having my phone but this young lady saved the day ,my job ,ect had a great experience at boost store at jones and chyanne will always go there to see marta she rocks!!!!!

I couldn't decide between Boost and Cricket (next door). I liked the deals at both locations, but I optimally made my choice with Boost because of the service. Marta was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Loved the warm greeting as soon as I came in and felt welcomed. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable to ask questions with no pressure. I would definitely recommend Boost.

They have the most CLUELESS service rep. Shawna talks TOO MUCH complaints TOO MUCH and then screws up BADLY leaving the customer to deal with no service or just giving BAD information!!! Shawna needs RETRAINING on how BOOST service works. You've lost a customer..#dobetter #learnbetter

I've had boost service for quite sometime it was great until the towers went out and then I lost my service my phone I could not get in touch with them I could not pay my bill I have not seen an email from them or anything trying to help me resolve this issue and I'm still without a phone and all my verifications come to that phone I am disabled and have such awful time....I still cannot get in touch with anyone I went to the stores are closed and locked up I'm in Las Vegas and I am at a total loss

Scammers. Went in to get my sim card and updated network because of the 3g network and it is supposed to be free. They told me lg phones are going obsolete and i needed to upgrade my phone which was going to be over 100 dollars. I call boost mobile and they said my phone IS compatable and all I need is a new sim card. Just like I thought. So they were trying to hustle money out of me and be dishonest about it. Do not go here. Bunch of jokes.Edit: My phone is compatable and I did not need to upgrade. I talked to Boost mobile and they said my phone was perfectly fine and I don't need a new one. So no, your workers were not honest and tried to scam me.

You guys really need to hire Better qualified people because the chunky guy henry you have there working now is very rude disrespectful and highly incompetent doesn't know anything and when asked a question or questions he acts dumbfounded and clueless all he says is call the number or it's an online thing we only cell phones WHATTT!! I've been in customer service for 20+ years and as a general manager for a company if I had employees like that they would not work for me anymore. You can tell he has not a care in the world so maybe instead of being lazy he should figure out what the answer is or get more training because he clearly knows nothing and that's pretty sad

FOUR stores. All said they were open sunday. Only one with a sign that said they werent open sunday due to shortages. All others closed before closing time. Either put up some sort of sign like the one store did or change the hours.
