I spotted a lovely backpack as I was walking by and had to go in and see it close up. Very nice salesperson told me the price, $1500. I left promising to come back. I came back two days later. Same friendly salesperson who helped me try it in, load my things in it - could really see how well it would work for me. I decided to purchase. It rang up at $2400 even though the tag clearly showed $1500. Management would not honor the price so I declined to buy. Awful customer service decision and not a way to gain a new client. Very sorry for the lovely salesperson as well - appreciate his efforts. Can’t say I will go back.

Joe Sandoval was a fantastic help here. I walked in to look at my dream piece with no intention of purchasing. Even though I was not going to purchase at that moment, Joe showed us the piece and we talked about watches for a good while. As I was leaving he gave me a few volumes of the Breguet reading material. Needless to say, when I finally decide to pull the trigger on the piece I want, I will definitely be returning to this Boutique because of the impeccable hospitality and service I received.

JULY 2021 - I bought some great sunglasses that matched my style and exactly what I was looking for. I wasn’t rushed out or made to feel strange for being there. Pleasant experience.

Wow, what can I say. The customer experience was the best. This wasn't a watch I could necessarily afford but the salesman didn't treat me like anything less than high class. He knew everything about the history of the watches and answered every question. My rolex experience was ruined by the salesman that told me unless i already was a prior customer i would be waiting years to get one and continued to dismiss me...and I will never ever buy a rolex because of that experience. If I had the money, I would have bought a breguet that day. Absolutely beautiful and stunning watches and much higher class than rolex.

This was my second bottega Venetia store I checked out during my stay in Vegas. And I picked up something from here. The staff was friendly especially Sean. He was very patient. I could not make up my mind at first, so I told him I might come back. 15 mins later I decided to get something there since the item I wanted is a popular item and the color was hard to get by. So I decided to bite the bullet and purchase it!
