This was a decent auto shop in the past. There was a manager that i worked with on my truck. And he was honest and trustworthy. He is no longer employed there. The new manager is very rude, and money hungry. Last week he tried to get $1500.00 out of me for repairs. I got a second opinion, and guess what ? I don't need those repairs!!! He also made fun of my name. Please stay away from this shop on Tropicana Ave. Some customer is going to get ripped off bad sooner or later. I am taking my services to another different auto shop now. NOT BRAKEMASTERS! And when u call the customer service department in Arizona, the only guy there is Christian. That's what he told me his name is. He doesn't want to listen to your problem. And hangs up on you!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP AND COMPANY.
TO CORPORATE : U WERENT THE VICTIM! SO GO AHEAD AND LIE FOR THEM! YOUR CORPORATION NEEDS PROFESSIONAL HELP !!!!!

My experience with Brake Masters was OUTSTANDING!
Every Employee was friendly & professional! Tommy S, my advisor, was exceptional. Not only was Tommy incredibly personable and patient, but he was also so informative and straight forward. He answered all my many questions and walked through what my vehicle needed without trying to upsell any extra BS.
After my repairs began, my Mechanic, Nelson found that one of my Rotars was cracked and needed to be replaced, obviously a real safety issue. Nelson actually brought the Rotar in to show me! I was very concerned about what the cost would be to get my vehicle sorted.
I was simply ecstatic with the estimated cost! All the repairs were done in a timely manner, and the cost was completely within my budget!
Brake Masters is very fortunate to have Tommy S at the Helm & Mechanics like Nelson!! A++ place! HIGHLY Recommend!!

These guys are amazing. They did an amazing job on my car. Super nice guys, very helpful and informative. No Bs or trying to make you buy stuff you don't need. They get right to the job no messing around. These guys are top notch!! I will definitely be taking my car to them for everything now.

Tommy gave me personal attention even though he was the only manager on a very busy saturday. When he got back to me with prices he was happy to apply the coupon I found online. My car sounds great. I was very happy with the customer service and I think the technician did great work on my brakes.

I had an amazing experience at Brake Masters, as usual. The manager, Alfred, worked with my budget, was friendly and compassionate.
