Bottom line, Brantley was very professional from the first phone call, on site visit for an assessment, and installation. It was a very easy process to upgrade our system and switch over to them. This is a family-owned business, and they surely act like it.

Bri took my call this afternoon to answer some questions about some motion sensors in the facility I am a current occupant of. She was really patient with me and answered every question I had with professionalism and was very cordial. I wish every establishment had someone like Bri to answer the phone and help with any inquiries that is presented. If you haven't already, give this young lady a raise. There is nothing more I value than a representative of a company that can handle a call with grace and excellent customer service. We could all use more people like Bri in every industry. Thanks again Bri, your awesome.

I was amazed by Brantley’s professionalism right from the start. Delmy came out and helped design my system. I was blown away by the fact that I not only have a security system, I have full blown smart home now! If you call Brantley, ask for the new ProSeries panel by Honeywell Home / Resideo... It’s a ‘smart” platform that even has Alexa built in. I love this because it’s a smart home platform I can build on and use just one app for all of its functionality.These guys are great! I highly recommend them, and already have! Thank you Team Brantley! You guys rock!

Have used Brantley for 3 years. Always helpful from Sales to Service. Service is especially responsive and always makes sure that my security system is functioning properly. They have been honest with me and I never have felt that Brantley tried to take advantage of me. They always take the time to make sure I am fully trained on managing my security system. I desperately needed a new security system for my business after I had a burglary and my old system didn't go off. I wanted a company that wasn't one of the big corporations and Brantley has amazing reviews!They showed up within a couple of days for my assessment and installed just a couple more days after that. The system is great so far and hopefully I won't need a burglary to test out the efficiency, but I'm 100% confident that it will work perfectly.
