I meet a friend of mine for lunch here about once every three months. We always end up ordering the Carpaccio and the shrimp & eggplant. Service was friendly and attentive( not overly attentive.) Food came out exactly as we ordered it and was very tasty. We always end up sitting for a while as we catch up on each other's lives and chat. We we're not made to feel rushed. The restaurant, including the bathrooms and the patio was clean and free of debris. Host staff greeted us appropriately and we were seated efficiently. This is a great go to for Lunch and dinner is also similar experience.

Not as expensive as I expected, especially for how fancy this place looks. It's gorgeous.

Overpriced cafeteria food. The pasta is not fresh. I ordered a "Brio favorite" pasta and it came out within 5 minutes, but bland and not warm, like I had gotten someone else's plate that ordered before me. Giving 2 stars because the Lobster Bisque and Prosecco were enjoyable. The service was not great either.. I sat around for almost an hour trying leave after not bothering to finish the meal. Disappointing. I really wanted to like this place.

Me and my fiance love brio, we come here often as Vegas locals. We are obsessed with their tiramisu, it’s the best in Vegas. So much that we ordered catering for the desert and I had called to confirm the size of the pieces and they said the same as when you order dine in but they only have a half or full pan. Half a pan is 10 pieces I believe ect. Come to find out the pans are tiny little 2 1/2 bites of a piece. Not even close to the size when we dine in. Super sad because it was suppose to be a birthday cake and definitely didn’t feed 10 people. They need to be more specific especially when you’re paying close to 100 dollars for dessert to feed a party event.

First off, I called inquiring about the happy hour, since we were going out as a family with our kids, just wanted to make sure the kids were allowed to sit at the patio so we could be able to enjoy the happy hour menu.Once there it took the hostess about 10 min to have our table ready (even though the restaurant wasn't crowded at 2:45pm) and once she walked us to the table we realized that she assigned us the only one table that was directly under the bright sun light with no umbrellas to cover at least some of it; so I asked her if could sit at the table next to it that was in a shaded area.Just as we sat at the table the bussers came with some waters for the table (which was greatly appreciated) and the server asked us if we wanted to order some drinks; so we asked her to give us a couple minutes for her only to come back 20 seconds later not only to ask for our drink order but to take our entrees order (clearly we weren't ready) but we went ahead and order the kids selections (lobster bisque bowl and kids grilled chicken) along with an order of carpaccio (which I have seen on the happy hour menu posted online to be a $7 option). Not to long after that, we finally decided what our entrees would be an went ahead and placed our order.Shortly after, a food runner came by our table with an extremely big order of carpaccio and as he placed it on the table we asked if that was the happy hour size; he replied that it was not, but since we already had it at the table he couldn't send it back and that he would make sure to go ahead and charge us happy hour price for their mistake. Then the server came to our table with an attitude asking if there was a problem and we just explained the situation but told her that it was fine (we just wanted to enjoy our time there and didn't want to waste our time on a discussion with the restaurant staff) she just replied "Well, since I didn't see any happy hour menus at the table, I assumed that you wanted to order the full dish, since there's a group of you, and you might be fighting over a small plate of it, besides I'M NOT A MIND READER".Again, we didn't want to have an argument while enjoying ourselves in our family outing and just let it slide. Our entrees were served and the food runners and bussers were so professional and polite, the food was delicious as expected; and then once again in the middle of our meal the server was around with a broom and a dust pan, and from a couple tables away she asked us if everything was fine and also to not worry about the issue with the carpaccio dish, that she went ahead and wrote it off the check, with a tone and a demeanor as if she was doing us a favor. All in all, the restaurant is beautiful, the ambience was nice and the food was delicious, the supporting staff was great, but the interaction with our server was worse than placing an order at a fast food restaurant.

We have always liked the Brio. We had my bride's luncheon there and we usually take our out of town groups there. There was a dip in service and food quality after covid but this last time we took 9 people there and had a good time and the food and service was good. I'm glad it's coming back to it's own. Haven't tried the lobster bisque since right after covid. That was something they had room to improve on after covid.

My wife and I dined twice in a 24 hour period here, fabulous atmosphere, great food and service. Located in a family friendly newer development away from the Las Vegas strip. Highly recommend.
