I want to 2 burger kings, one on rainbow at the drive through, they made me wait 5 minutes and I just drove away and then I went to the to Burger King on Fort Apache and they didn't have a register ready, so the only way to check out is through a kiosk and you can't pay cash I waited 5 more minutes and I had to leave that restaurant also. Burger king is going down the drain.Tooooo bad ?

this place has Bad service, we asked for ocs meal and they give us only sandwich and we told the manager she said she can’t give us it and they had cars in the back so she basically gave us bad attitude when they messed up our order first and the manager didn’t give the capacity to give the right costumer service and solve problems and they had cups but they didn’t want to us any

This is the 3rd time my family and I have came here to order food and Everytime we order a young African American woman takes our order. She rushes you to order and when your trying to finish ordering she pretends she can't hear and tells you to go to the first window. Gives you're price then takes money and when you ask if she got everything you wanted she won't unfortunately then she'll tell you "you'll have to go back around". This is the 3rd time it's happened and that's not right for her to take her time and get our order correctly the first time without attitude. We told another young man at the 2nd window and he just had the same attitude as her. So we asked to speak to the manager and lord and be hold he had the exact attitude they both had rushing instead of listening and making sure there customer had it there way (as the so called slogan says). A manager should always make sure they deecalade the situation instead of treating the customer exactly as there employees did then maybe there won't be any situation or maybe your employees would have better customer service then what they do. The simple fact that we watched them through our window and seen that he grabbed the fries from a different area then where the fresh fries were was unbelievable! After that while we were eating we found hair and black stuff in 2 of our burgers. None of the women employees had hair nets no wonder they ended up in our food. My pictures aren't good but I've taken pictures to prove how disrespectful and disgusting this experience at this burger king was. I would definitely like my refund but didn't receive no receipt of purchase just like the other 2 times we came. Total was $20.11 3 orders of 2 for $5 and a large fries. Hopefully someone will show me that at least someone will listen and give us our burger king our way like we wanted to. March 30,2024 at 4:30pm

No service they ignore you. If you do the very minimum you will only get the very minimum nothing More..... they are cheating the timer in the drive thru they had me waiting at the first window because they didn't want to be timed on how long took and then they waived me down to come to the second window to get the food to make it seem like they're working fast but they are not I bet corporate doesn't know how they are conducting business deceiving... untrustworthy.

Whoever owns this place really needs to try and work on a couple of things number one please don’t have the people in the drive-through be so rude.Number two if the terminal is not working at the drive-through, you could just put the order in at the counter and it would still go through not make everybody go inside.Three when you go inside, the terminal is still slow. So what’s the difference! Do you really teach your staff how to run the terminals properly. Maybe turning it off and turning it on again? Upgrade?I literally live around the corner and on Sundays and I don’t know why I torture myself to do it and sometimes Mondays I come to try and grab a quick breakfast when I’m getting gas in the morning. about 50% of the time it’s an extremely frustrating experience, but I like the food. you’re cooks. They are really good.Just so you know, you really oughta look at making this venue be a bit more efficient on the sale side. You would make a lot more money.

I have never seen anything like this. I am a Burger King employee in another state and I am use to standards that bk sets. I ordered a whopper special due to a food allergy. It wasn’t made right and they didnt microwave it at the end so cold lettuce and and hot sandwich not a good combo.

Paul, assistant mgr, was extremely rude when I was trying to place my order. Telling me to use the kiosk and pay on the kiosk. I told him I did use the kiosk but needed help with applying coupon and paying. He was not helpful and kept saying I did it wrong! I left and went to another location where they were much nicer and

Good whoppers and the veggie "impossible whopper" is pretty darn tasty. You can also get frozen coke or regular sodas.No self serve ketchup dispenser here for some reason. No napkins on the tables, but the crew usually gives you a good supply. Common items such as the tasty little Rodeo Burgers which was previously priced at $1 is now $2.19. The interior is renovated and looks modern.New touch screen ordering so you'll have to use the touchscreen and order.Whole shopping complex is closed down, except for this burger king on the corner. Sadly lots of bums and homeless in the area. Maybe one day they will bulldoze the dead shops and start all over, it's not like there is no traffic in the area.Parking: Tons of parking because the entire mall behind it is long out of business ?They should knock it down and start over. There is plenty of traffic in this area.

The machine to.put in your order was a joke. Could tap 10 times to get to take. 20 minutes to order chicken nuggets.and a shake. Said pay cashier, she has nothing on her cashier?Puleeze! She rang up my stuff instead of making me go back to the MACHINE(UGH)
