Did a mobile online order because that's the only option it offered for the free whopper. Requested carryout. Got there and they didn't start making my order until after being there over 10 minutes. Missing the frozen come drink we ordered. Placed my orders on a tray. Requested that my onion rings NOT be put into salty bin or salty scoop to be used, asked for them to be taken straight out of fried basket. Twice they threw them into salty bin and used salty scoop. Then they just stopped working on my order. Told them I wanted my money back, Liz refused to give me a refund for the orders. Rubbery tried to pass off a small drink for the large we paid for. I said that's not a large size the guy lied and said yes it is. The so called manager Liz, grabs another cup and starts putting in cherry flavor. I said we ordered COKE NOT CHERRY. She aggrieved that the other one was cherry. I said we only had COKE NOT CHERRY. Then she purposely put it into a medium size cup and when I got back to the house my son said it wasn't a large either. When I told Liz that the guy lied and said the small was a large when I said that's not a large, she replied it was an accident he's only worked there 3 days. When there's 3 different sizes how can you mistake a small cup for a large. So what is her excuse, she's the so called manager and she passes off a medium for a large when I refused the small for the large we paid for. She also tried to make me leave without giving me our food or a refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. AVOID AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

Holy crap. I ordered a Large whopper combo and they gave me a small whopper combo? Coming from another state, I didn't think it was possible for a Burger King location to suck any more than it already does in my home state. Boy was I wrong. You can always sink lower than the bottom. I've tried 2 locations in Nevada and I'm okay with never trying another one again. Burger King blows

My family and I went through the drive through and the employee was hanging out of the window smoking weed with the car in front of us, he didn't wash his hands...I can only imagine the quality of food here. We were grossed out and left.

Terrible establishment. They are always "short staffed" and never have their lobby open. They hire ghetto, lazy teenagers that have no sense of urgency. Management is extremely rude. My order is never correct and or always missing an item. Pathetic that upper management lets this slide on a daily basis.

Worst service ever from this place every time! They close early when online say it closes at midnight! The workers there are so rude they literally have their lives! They always mess up the order or is missing something!

First time here to get food and just got someone to take the order for the vehicle in front of me was 20 mins and I was stuck in line because had another vehicle behind me. And for 15 mins to make the food the food was cold I would have expected it hot and the fries hot do not recommend they really need to get new staffing and management if they alllow this
