This place deserves 0 stars. Went with my son and my friend to buy some shoes and other items but I noticed Secuirty kept following us around. Sure enough 2 ladies ran out stealing items. Instead on focusing actual thieves they were focused on us, racial profiling my son and friend. I'm from Germany and it's beyond me how racist these lost prevention people are at this Burlington. Be ashamed racial profiling human beings based on their skin color.

I have always had pleasent experiences at this location, except for the last 2 times. The other night, I went in to window shop, sadly couldn't buy anything. While I was in the store, I was in the very northeast corner looking at the last aisle of handbags. An employee, Alma, was stocking socks one aisle over from me. We saw each other through the rack multiple times. I tried to engage with her, I needed to ask where a few other things were. She completely ignored me a number of times. I started wondering if it was a language barrier but then I remembered she has also rang me up in the past, being how I remembered her name and also saw her name tag- anyway, she spoke English while ringing me up, each time in the past; So I knew it wasn't that. I don't know if she had earbuds in or anything like that, however if an employee uses them on the sales floor it should only be in one ear so customers can get their attention if needed.
I started to feel ignored and silly for speaking so I went away from the area, and out of habit, said "thanks so much' when walking away; because at this point, it's muscle memory. I thought this was extremely rude, as I don't belive she had any ear pieces or earbuds in.
My second issue is with an employee named Leticia. I have seen, on multiple occasions, her being nice to some cashiers and very rude to others. She thinks it's okay to reprimand cashiers in front of customers and it is NOT. That should be done in private. I have seen her do that multiple times also. On one instance, I actually witnessed her not only raising her voice to a customer but also speaking over them.
I've also seen her be very helpful, nice and happy, but it is mostly her being short and not sweet to the cashiers.
Just thought this should be looked into.

A clean store but you definitely have to be willing to dig through to find what you want, But the discounts on good name brands are well worth the trip, i generally always get my winter coat there and can't help but walk out with a few other things through the year

There is a employee in almost every other isle in the store but only one very slow clerk checking out all the customers. Standing here for 30 minutes and she has helped two people.
Really burlington. Probably a hundred employee in the building but only one servicing customers

This location is huge! So much inventory and pretty clean. Very organized and the cashiers were quick.

Yvette the cashier at the evening shift ( to close the store) is rude to customer, she needs to take training on how to speak to customer remember is not what what said is how you say it, I was minding my own business waiting in line to pay my order when Yvette the cashier asked me to back up because I was getting too close to the customer that was paying , she said " ARE YOU COMING WITH HIM? and I said NO, then YVETTE SAID YOU NEED TO GO AWAY BECAUSE HE'S PAYING AND YOU KNOW THERE'S TOO MANY KRAZY PEOPLE OUT THERE' as if I was to steal his credit card number from the customer paying at the cashier, Yvette embarrassed me, she does not how to speak to people, I kept quiet because shes an old woman and because I was tired, it was about 11pm, YVETTE NEEDS TO STOP ASSUMING THINGS AND REFLECTING HER OWN SELF TO OTHER PEOPLE, IF CORPORATE OFFICE CAN GIVE SOME TRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS PLEASE, I ALSO NEED CORPORATE OFFICE INFO SO I CAN LET THEM KNOW ABOUT THIS EMPLOYEEE OUT OF LINE AND AVOID THIS ISSUE HAPPENING TO SOME FUTURE CUSTOMER. THANK YOU 😊

Burlington employees talk back to their customers, with the worst attitude. They also lie about who their bosses are and won’t give out information of who to contact when issues want to be brought up to a manager or even a District Manager. Store itself is usually nice but this is my second time experiencing this at THIS SPECIFIC STORE.

The three times I go I have spent more than 30 minutes in line, there are only about 4 cashiers and the lines are very long.

Great bargains here but the checkout line was very long, and it was uncomfortably warm while it moved in slow motion. I didn't enjoy this shopping experience.
