I came to this store after visiting another business in the strip mall. At the checkout my positive interaction was amazing with Ms. JoJo a young lady who had a smile and very positive demeanor. In casual conversation it was a pleasure to hear her be so positive. Made my day. Thank you to her family. Great Customer Service Burlington #Nellis store

So very disappointed. At one time Burlingtons was always my go to-to find Bras in my size. Never had a shortage of DDD From size 34 to 38... I did find 2 that were reasonable

I came into this store on 11/15/25 with my receipt to return 3 items. On my receipt it shows I paid cash. The young Caucasian boy that was the manager on duty told me he can’t return it because the amount was too high, and said he couldn’t even put it on a giftcard! I told him why would I want a giftcard and it clearly shows I paid cash. I asked him to call his store manager Sam, he gave me 1 option , go back to the store where my boyfriend purchased it. I told him No, I live 2 blocks from the Nellis store, and I should be able to return my items at ANY Burlington!!! I stood at that counter for 1 hr and 1/2, they made me feel like I did something wrong, customers starting, security standing around me, it was Crazy!!! I said it was a high amount when I gave you the cash for my items, but your telling me, it’s to high for you to give me my money back!!! I’m a customer that has a 9-5, you guys cater to the public so there should be some type of higher up management on site to attend to your customers! I Do Not like how I was treated and want to file a complaint and want someone with sense and authority to contact me because this is NOT acceptable in any shape or form! I hate to see how you guys treat customers that come in without a receipt And the holidays are coming up like what are you guys gonna do as a business like the customer service has gotten so poor with these businesses especially Burlington people just don’t care anymore they treat you however they wanna treat you. They make up their own rules as they go along tell lies one store does one thing this way another store does things this way like this is ridiculous And I’m not gonna keep taking it. No more people don’t make complaints or tell things that go on while I am cause I refuse to pay my money and get treated poorly!!!

This is ridiculous, they only have one.. ( one cashier ) for the hole storewe been waiting in line for over 30 minutes, poor lady she seems stressed with no one to help her.... management needs to manage this location better.... expect to wait over 30 minutes to pay. SMH

I was treated very badly by the manager Sam and another manager with blonde hair did not get her name. They gave me false information. They gave me a very hard time for just trying to trade my granddaughter shoe for a smaller size although I had the receipt they wanted my ID I didn’t have my ID on me. I told her if she can just change it as a no receipt she said we’re not allowed to do that Manger’s claim she cannot find me under my phone number either , I know 100% that I gave it to them she said I am so sorry I am not allowed to let you get another size shoe when I know that’s not true. Then Sam had a nerve to tell me the phone number is only for me when the whole time I’ve been told the phone number is for just in case I lose my receipt. They’ll be able to find my receipt with a phone number They gave me a hard time and would not let me get a smaller size shoe for my granddaughterJust really been bothering me because people do what they wanna do for no reason just making other people life difficult for no reason. So at this point I didn’t buy anything from there. I put everything in my basket back and I had about $100 worth of stuff in my basket that I was planning on buying.
