This little gem was so much fun to explore! Lots of metal art for the garden and great metal statues. My favorite one was of a boar but they have a ton of creative things. Loved the cactus and all the plants and they had one of the BIGGEST century plants I have ever seen.
If you are in the Vegas area it’s a nice loop drive to go to Red Rocks, head over past Blue Diamond and visit Cactus Joes.
I bought this super cool metal plant stand.

My review is not for the nursery, it is for this magical place which was the perfect setting for our wedding ceremony this past weekend. The process was so easy, Ashley is an amazing event planner; her help and expertise made our day even more magical. She did everything to accommodate to our needs.
I highly recommend having your wedding/event here. They have different areas and it’s an unforgettable setting for your wedding.

Cactus Joe's is an absolute gem. It's one of those places to go that always lifts your spirits. So much to look at, and we always come away with a treasure for the backyard. The staff are so nice, always a hello and a warm welcome.
If they had a coffee shop, it would be perfect.

The largest cactus variety in display in a seven acre plot in the middle of nowhere. A must visit for cactii lovers in and around Vegas.

We were so lucky to visit the nursery while Cactus Joe himself was around. Since it was early in the morning and no one was around yet, he offered us a tour of the nursery via golf cart, explaining about all the plants around us, and telling us stories about his life and the 40 years he's owned the nursery. It was a magical hour getting to feed the pheasants, the koi, and the turtles, while also keeping an eye out for tracks (and scat) of all kinds. We purchased four plants that made it home safe on the plane back to Seattle! TSA didn't even blink at my carryon full of spiny-boys. Definitely drop by for a delightful and informative time!

Amazing cactus garden with great sculptures and ornaments to view and buy. A must visit when in the red rock canyon area. The owner Joe is such a nice guy, so friendly and happy to chat with all his customers.

Our first time visiting here. There is a lot to explore from plants and statues. We were planning to buy cactuses for our backyard. Well, I had second thoughts about the prices. But we will be coming back soon to buy one.

My morning this day of July 30, 2024 was extraordinary, as for the very first time in my many, many visits the past five years to this wonderful place, I stumbled into meeting Joe Davidson himself. Doubt I'll ever forget those piercing blue eyes, or the fact he is 'walking' history of just about every piece on his property. Though my conversation was brief, I let him know how much I enjoy visiting and never come away empty handed. In fact? Ninety percent of my yard is HIS rock, metalworks, wood. statuary and recycled glass in abundance. His dream has beautified my own dream of living here and embracing the upper desert. I wish him and his wonderful staff the continuation of a most thriving, wonderful and UNIQUE business here in the Las Vegas valley as there is no other place like this in or around Vegas. The man is a legend and what he has created remains, legendary.

I’ve driven past this place a million times on my way to hike at red rock and finally decided to pop in. Was way bigger than I expected, 7+ acres with tons to look at. And I got to meet THE cactus Joe. He was incredibly sweet and got me and my girlfriend some waters before telling us about the place. Will definitely be coming back
