I was told my king suite was not available and that I could instead have a 2 queen room or pay extra for a larger room. I settled for a 2 queen room, but I was given a room on the end of the tower. Wifi does not work in this room, and they refuse to switch me to another room. Also, cell reception isn't the best in this room, so I can't even make a Hotspot with my phone data. They're supposed to send a technician to help, but it's been an hour, and no one has come. Stay away from this hotel if you have to work during the days and need reliable wifi from your room.

They'd like to force you to buy everything at their expensive restaurants in the casinos. You want coffee pods for your cofee maker or bowls to eat something you brought in - you'd have to pay for all this stuff. Kind of felt ripped off by all this.

Booked with Amex Travel. They didn’t even try to honor any of the perks such as early check in/late check in, upgrade. At every turn they wanted me to pay extra.
Amex peeps there are so many other hotels on the strip that go above and beyond without trying to nickel and dime you. Waldorf is exceptional!

Heads up that if you have a specific room and tower in mind that THIS HOTEL WILL SCREW YOU OVER and change things up on you when you arrive. Maria who checked me in was stern with me, as though I should expect to get screwed with like this. She told me that my reservation wasn't actually a reservation, but instead a request. The email confirmation I got literally says it's a reservation. She didn't want to work with me to find a solution, it was take their "upgrade" or take a worse room in the tower we wanted. I'm sure this is all written out in their terms of service, doesn't make it a good experience.

The buffet has gone down hill and the nobu hotel sucks no bath tubs and no ice machines. Slow slow elevators. Horrible elevators are all broke
