We arrived 9:20 ( they close at 10) we both ordered steak . Instead of telling us, they are out of steak like has happened multiple times prior Peggy cooked fresh steak for our meals. We gladly waited. Michael prepared the rest of our meals and was friendly and helpful. Peggy and Michael went above and beyond !!!!

Placed a to go order on app. Once arriving at store, was told that our order was being prepared. Order was suppose to be ready @ 540 pm. They let everybody in line go through n when no line. Still didn't make order. Then more people came in n they served all them n still hadn't made the order. The manger came out n asked if another person standing by us what they were waiting on. Even though they had just walked in. She didn't even ask us what we were waiting on. A cook walked by and asked us what we were waiting on. Said our food that we had ordered on line. So one of the other cooks went into the line n started making our meal. Even though there was 6 people was making food in the line. We finally got our food at 622pm. Once started eating the food. The queso was like water soup. Horrible. Servers were rude when we asked about our food.. One of the servers on the line looked at our order when we first arrived before line grew but just ignored it.

Some lady with tattoos (worker) was just talking away in front of the ingredients and it was absolutely disgusting because she talked with so much emphasis that you could see some of her spit fly into the ingredients. I walked right out of there. Absolutely disgusting.

Their online services suck. It's better to come in and stand in line. I ordered for 6:50pm and it's 7:20pm and I still haven't received my food. Lots of customers who came in after me have got through the line before they've worked on my food. Update got my food at 7:25pm, 40 minutes after I ordered it. The front lady was nice, but still that's pretty ridiculous.

I would give a million stars if I could. My daughter's birthday party was today and I accidentally scheduled the catering for the wrong date, totally my fault. They said it would be about 30-40 mins but would get it all together for us anyways. So very thankful for the kind people working there. We would be in such a bind if they didn't help us out!

This is disappointing to write. This location is our favorite Cafe Rio as we feel it has the best quality of food. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the restaurant today was less than satisfactory. The thermometer was covered in sticky fingerprints and the high chair was disgusting. Lastly, I went up to the counter to get a to-go lid (because there wasn't any by the soda machine) and I proceeded to stand there while seven workers made eye contact with me to not even ask if I needed help. There was no line at this point so that was not the issue. Customers enjoy eating in a clean environment as I'm sure their employees do as well.

You put your order in, pay for it. You go to the store only to be told their out of steak. Café Rio won't make any more. Their excuse is Their short staffed. They can't tell people over the phone? You drive all the way there to be told their out? This is the second time this happened. Same exact thing!!!!! This is a P.O.S business model. I will never go there again. STOP cat fishing customers!!!!!!
